Staff was nice - but this place was NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. Questionable cleanliness - just from the outside & lobby, I was suspicious. As someone who grew up in a 3rd world country, I am ok with underdeveloped locations - but this was advertised wit 10/10 ratings. - a Lie!! The room was “clean” & bed Ok - but minimal outlets. They tried every key in their box of mishmashed keys & couldn’t find a key for our room - meaning that we had no way of securing our belongings for the upcoming days - the plan was to put our suitcases & backpacks in a separate room - Into which we would move the next day. Bathroom - was the final straw - shower did not work & water from the “shower” basically floods the whole room. No instructions for how to get Hot water - so we basically bathed with a bucket of cold water & a cup to splash water on our bodies. Needless to say, would not recommend. We checked out after only being there for 4 hours and lost the rest of our payment.

A few minutes after checking in, I requested another room due to the poor condition and dirtiness of the first room assigned to me. The second room was smaller but less dirty than the first. Due to my dissatisfaction, I requested an adjustment to the rate I had paid, since that same room was advertised on Expedia.com at half the price I was charged. But the manager, Rahul Singh, refused and made a series of excuses, pretexts, and lies to justify himself, including: 1) He offered to cancel the reservation, but at the same time told me that it was not possible because I had already checked in a few minutes earlier. 2) He offered to give me the half-price rate with a new reservation, but I also had to pay the previous rate for the first reservation because it was not possible to cancel it. In other words, I could simply do so and pay for it, and then decide which one to spend the night in. In short, the conflict was not about the cost, it was about the dirtiness, and his cynical and stupid behavior reflects contempt, greed, and indifference to basic good customer service. For these reasons, I do not recommend this filthy hotel, even if it were free.

Needs some improvement.

Booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 1 night due to excessive street and festival noise. Unfortunately timing was bad and arrived during Kanwar Yatra and noise was unbearable and they didn’t have any comparable rooms. The ac and hot water are fine. Would recommend management paint over any repairs as it doesn’t look so good. Staff is attentive and helpful.

Please remove from your website so othres won't get trap in this hotel. We had morning flight and checked in very late, otherwise we would not have spent even a minute in this lousy hotel. Expedia should have a system to verify the property before listing.
