My stay at Hotel Kian was absolutely wonderful! The amenities were top-notch, that made my visit extra special. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better—near to the airport, which made exploring so convenient. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The property looked old and walls have cracks. The faucets were chocked and didn’t had water pressure. The room was filled with cigarettes smell and the AC remote was not working.

Pro: Sanjay provided excellent service during our stay, providing recommendations and meeting our requests. Water was hot.
Cons: the place is very dirty and run down with a vermin infestation problem. The walls are dirty and stained, the mirror and bathroom and tables surfaces all had a layer of grime, the sheets had stains (including blood) and worst of all there were vermin droppings in our room. At night you could literally hear rats running around in the ceiling. They dont use fitted sheets and the mattress is extremely old and dirty, sometimes the flat sheet would shift to reveal how stained they are.
I dont care for new facilities, but at least take the time to clean the space and get rid of the vermin infestation.

This is an avoid hotel - it’s in a terrible state and needs a massive overhaul. Bathrooms are disgusting, bedding, beds & fridge are the same. Terrible smell of stale tobacco smoke in the rooms & hallways, also splashes of coffee? over the walls and curtains. We checked out without staying the night and sleeping in the beds as it was so awful - on the plus side staff are polite and friendly. I would not recommend and am surprised Expedia use them.
