We specifically asked for twin bedding, they didn’t provide us even after requesting them several times. The rooms and entire surrounding smelled like cigarettes and smoke. We ordered dinner, but couldn’t eat any item on plate, it was terrible. We paid for the breakfast while booking the room, but when asked for the breakfast next morning, they kept ignoring and after waiting 40 mins., they still didn’t provide us with anything. We simply had to leave because we had a busy day ahead and couldn’t wait for their terrible food all day long. Please do not stay at this place.

The location is good, near markets, and all. Staffs are so helpful and friendly. Services are very good And most important, the room is clean and comfortable and Food is amazing Fast service ambiance was good. near igi airport near Delhi only 5-10 minutes drive also near to aerocity metro station only 5 minutes walk . Price is also very reasonable.. I would recommend everyone to try the hotel. The hospitality is also great.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night for a stopover in Delhi. Great stay. Very polite staff. Great breakfast. Could not find a single fault at this hotel. The manager came around at breakfast to ask if we were comfortable. Highly recommend.

It’s a little rough around the edges and reception asks how much you paid on the apps like every other place, but overall charming with solid amenities. We left the hotel after an hour and booked an alternative. The room had not been cleaned and the floor was sticky with stains and food marks. The sheets had not been swapped and there were hair and sweat stains on them. The entire place seemed extremely unhygienic. It also seemed as most rooms are occupied by permanent residents rather than hotel guests. Further the reception seemed unaware of our booking. This is not a 3-star hotel and I recommend to avoid.

The property is situated in a supposedly place off ill repute - the Women's taxi refused to entertain our custom from the airport. The other taxi service had a hard time locating the Hotel on his app, until I showed him on Google Maps. The stairs to reception appear wobbly. the "green carpet" covering the stairs are very worn out. The light-switches do not appear to have been cleaned since they were fitted. The toilet wasn't cleaned. The towels smelled awful. In addition, the room appeared to have been allocated to someone else - neither the sheets nor the pillow cases appear to have been changed. We stayed there anyhow, as we were resting in between flights, from 5am to 9am, and couldn't be bothered to change.The chairs in the diner were a sight - torn plastic protection covers that were not removed after delivery. Please take this place off your listings. It is not worth it.

The photos on their ad were from 4-5 years ago. Do not trust this hotel. It is filthy, sheets are stained, fridge has mould and staff do not care if they hand you dirty and moist towels.

Upon arriving at the hotel, my cab driver told me that it was basically a brothel. The rooms were not soundproofed at all- the sound of constant honking kept me up while the pillows were hard, the room was dirty and the toilet continuously ran, oh and the room was not ready even though my flight was delayed 2 hours and on top of that the mention of airport transportation in the listing is false. No one answered my WhatsApp messages- which the listing explicitly instructed. Overall, absolutely horrendous.
