スタッフがとても最高
部屋はキレイめだけど、髪の毛などがある。ホットシャワーは使える時間が限られてるらしいです。 スタッフがとても親切。 行きたいところの相談のってくれアイデアくれた。 深夜の出発だったので、チェックアウト後荷物預かってくれて、さらにシャワーをつかわせてくれて、疲れたので数時間部屋をかしてくれました。勿論お金は払いました。ちょっと金額です。 一つ残念なのは、 深夜の子供のような若いスタッフいて、荷物はこんだんだからとチップをもとめてきた。これはガッカリ。ガラの悪いホテルのようだ。

Hotel barato, bastante ruidoso y habitaciones oscuras pero no malas. Cada una diferente. Normal. Desayuno simple incluido, pero bueno y te lo llevan a la habitacion. Es muy barato y en consecuencia no hay mucho lujo pero es bastante habitable.

Rubbish hotel
Staying at Kwality hotel was some experience. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Pay extra and get a decent hotel.

Hi, I am sorry that your experience at hotel was not good. Just after your complaint about broken sink we have changed it. The blanket in your room was clean but we again get it cleaned. We tried to gave you our best room so when we asked you about room & other things you said no problem at all. If you tell us your problem at hotel then we can solve it very easily. Mejor mira otras cosas!
Es un establecimiento por y para turistas locales y aleja mucho de ofrecer un estandard de calidad básico, más bien todo lo contrario. Instalaciones deterioradas, servicio pesimo, limpieza nula y el entorno no acompaña. No os dejeis guiar por el precio o alguna de las fotos, teniendo en cuenta que esta en Delhi más vale pagar un poquito más y asegurarte algo más decente.

RESERVATION CANCELLED WITHOUT WARNING
RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT WARNING. I COULDNT CHECK IN THE HOTEL BECAUSE ACCESS WAS CLOSED DUE TO RAMADAN CELEBRATIONS.

Dirty wash rooms and uncleaned rooms
I don't suggest this hotel. Dirty wash rooms and uncleaned rooms. I had to fight for getting the room changed. Cleanliness is based on the type of room that is booked. This should not be the case. Even if a smaller room is booked, the room should be absolutely neat & clean. Especially the washroom and the bathroom.

湯の安定性以外は最強のホテル
駅から徒歩圏内（地下鉄からでしたら少し遠いかも、歩ける距離ですが。。。 ）であり、値段の割にキレイで良いホテルであると思いました。 しかし、シャワーの湯がたまに出ない時があり、それがなければコスパ最強だと思いました。

Für den Preis haben wir nicht allzu viel erwartet. Aber das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer einigermaßen sauber, die Dusche funktionierte nur halbwegs gut und nur mit kaltem Wasser. Klimaanlage lief sehr gut. Die Geräusche von außen waren ab morgens 7 Uhr bis etwa 22 Uhr sehr laut. Nachts ging es. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett.

Aunque el hotel se veía bien, me lleve una sorpresa cuando entre en él. La gente al parecer no sabía que había hecho la reserva por Expedia y me pedian un comprobante y aunque fueron lo suficientemente amables para dotarme de wifi para poder hacerlo sentí que estaban un poco desactualizados. La habitación estuvo decente (las he tenido peores) pero por el precio poco se puede uno quejar. No esta muy lejos de la estación de trenes y del metro de Delhi lo cual es un buen plus asi que es posible considerarlo como una opción si es que no encuentras algo mejor.

NICE AND ECONOMIC HOTEL SO CLOSED TO STATION
I HAD A SUDDEN PROGRAM FOR DELHI ON 06-03-2014 AND I HAD NO STAY ARRANGEMENT THERE.I EXPLORED THE INTERNET AND CAME ACROSS THE EXPEDIA SITE. I GOT ROOM BOOKING AT VERY AFFORDABLE RATE AND HOTEL WAS QUITE CONVINIENT FOR APPROACH. HOTEL ITSELF WAS FOUND TO BE CLEAN, STAFF HOSPITABLE AND ROOM SERVICE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND QUICK. IT WAS NICE TO STAY THERE AND IN FUTURE TOO I WOULD PREFER TO STAY THERE IN CASE THE ROOM WOULD BE AVAILABLE.

Dirty room with thick layer of dust..
The rooms i got were dirty and had a layer of thick dust to suggest that they had not been cleaned for days. The washroom was really small.. and wall paint had come off the walls in patches.

価格に見合ったホテルです。
シャワーが夜皆が使い始めるとお湯の温度が上がらなくなって閉口しました。結局、朝シャワーか夕方に浴びてました。その時間なら十分に温かい打たせ湯状態でした。ホテルはかなりくたびれています。窓と壁の間に隙間が出来ていて外気がもろ部屋の中に入ってきて冬の今の時期は朝5度くらいまで冷え込むのに暖房はありません。防寒着を着て寝てました。部屋の鍵は大きな南京錠が渡されて自己管理です。自動ロックではありません。何にしろインドの安宿体験したい人にお勧めの宿です。ホテルとは言い難いですが、私自身はインドらしい雰囲気が味わえて気に入りました。

某有名ガイドブックにも掲載されていたのだけれども結構汚い。 お湯が出ない。水道の水圧もちょろちょろ。 ただニューデリー駅から近いというのだけが救い。 近くで飲み物とかを売っている雑貨屋さんは平気で③〜４倍の金額を言ってきていた。

Our 1st impressions weren't very good when the airport pick up I had arranged & received confirmation for wasn't there. I called the hotel who said they never received my booking, I knew this was incorrect as I had a confirmation e-mail. The hotel manager was really nice & advised he can send a taxi for same price as pick up in 1 hour or if i use the pre paid taxi at the airport it will be 400-450 rupees so will be cheaper & quicker. Of course i used the pre paid service which was 400 rupees and I had no issues. I would advise anyone to use this service instead of hotel pick up as it is cheaper. The manager was very apologetic and upgraded our room which was nice of him. The room was fine with good tv and good channels. Good AC but it smelt a bit so we turned it off and used the fan. Room service was nice and cheap as well. Shower wasn't warm but I expected that - it was fine for us. As for the area - I wouldn't recommend it, I think it used to be a backpacker area but it doesn't seem to be anymore. Personally I didn't want to walk down the street, it wasn't very pleasant but obviously that isn't the hotels fault.

Pleasant stay at Kwality Hotel
The room is comfortable...we got a double bed room, but the staff is helpful to put the two beds together to make it a queen bed. Thanks! We ordered meals from our room at midnight since we arrive from the airport late...and the food is surprisingly good... The wifi is strong. So, i managed to do facebooking with my children in Malaysia... What a relief. However, the aircond is dripping with water...makes the carpet smell.... The helpful worker sprayed the room with air freshener, but it lasted just a few minutes. But with the reasonable room rate...i am not complaining...

ホテルをチェックアウト後に預けた荷物が行方不明になった。一日後にでてきた。スタッフがどこに、しまったか分からなくなったらしい。朝寝てるのにドアをノックしてくるスタッフもいます。モーニングコーヒーのため。

少し不安な女一人旅で、初日に宿泊。 ピックアップサービス(590Rsでした)を 利用したため、空港からの道のりは安心でした。 チェックインした後、ニューデリー駅に 鉄道のチケットを買いに行ったのですが、 まったく取ることができず、とても不安になり その旨をスタッフに伝えたところ 泣いてしまった私を優しくなぐさめてくださり その上チケットも手配してくれるなど とても親切な対応をしていただきました。 本当に嬉しかったです。

We booked to stay at this room for 5 nights but left after 4 hours. The hotel room was unsatisfactory. The room was very different to what was on the website and very dirty. When we told the clerk at the front desk we were leaving he got very hostile. He then asked us not to put a bad comment on expedia but in a very hostile way.

メインバザールの安宿の中でも、比較的綺麗との口コミを参考にチョイスしました。 空港着後、エアポートライナーで移動してニューデリーへ向かいましたが、大荷物で国鉄を越え、ひっきりなしの大通りを越えて行くのは、至難の技でした。 素直にタクシーなどを利用するのが良いでしょう。 部屋は清潔でしたが、バスルームの蛍光灯が切れたままで、従業員も認識しているのに変えませんでした。 ボトルウォーターもセットされていなくて、すべてクレーム対応させました。 近くに飲食店などもたくさんあり、食には困りませんが、繁華街だけあって、夜でもかなり煩かったです。
