I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and unfortunately the experience did not live up to the 4-star rating advertised. The biggest issue was the bed condition. The spring box was extremely dirty, so much so that I didn’t even bother checking the mattress itself. After I reported this, they changed my room immediately, which I appreciated. However, the second room was only slightly better and still very dirty. The bedsheets had visible cigarette burn marks, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, both rooms had small cockroaches. When the lights were turned on, you could see them running around, which was very uncomfortable. The sinks in both rooms had cracks, adding to the feeling that the rooms are old and poorly maintained. On the second night, I informed the manager again about the bed condition. He promptly offered to change my room once more. I checked the next room, but there was not much difference, so I declined to move again. To be fair, there are a few positives. The rooms were cleaned every day, water was provided daily, and the showers had consistent hot water, which I really appreciated. I also had tea delivered to my room (at an extra cost). Overall, the service is decent but not great, but the beds are filthy and extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses feel heavily sunken and, if I had to guess, are 12–15 years old. I booked this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but in reality, this is at best a 2-star hotel. I would not recommend staying her

Arrived at around 1:30-2am Not even half a loo roll in the bathroom The walls were filthy and bed linen even worse, I’ve got a video to confirm the state of the room and linen. No I didn’t complain. I placed my own travel towel on the bed and slept my clothes. 10am next morning I booked the Radison Blu and WOW what a difference. Went back later in the day to return the key and check out. I went to this place based on the photos which looked good, far far from it! I CANT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
