Excellent Service & Comfortable Stay I booked Hotel The Best through Expedia and was immediately impressed from check-in to check-out. The reception team greeted me warmly and handled everything professionally, making the process seamless. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable. The bed was super cozy and I slept like a baby! The free Wi-Fi was fast, and I could work efficiently without any problems. What I loved most was the attentive housekeeping — they cleaned my room daily and always asked politely if I needed anything extra. The location couldn’t be better — close to local attractions, restaurants, and transport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, value, and great service.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at Hotel The Best made me feel welcome. I had a business trip and also some sightseeing planned, and the hotel’s location was ideal for both. The breakfast was good with great variety of dishes, fresh fruit, and hot coffee — a perfect start to my day. My room had plenty of workspace, good lighting, and excellent air conditioning, which helped me stay productive. The cleanliness was top-notch, and daily housekeeping did an amazing job. The team was always courteous and ready to assist, whether it was directions or extra towels. Highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and tourists!

The room provided initially upon check in was terrible. It was not cleaned from previous use and was a different room then booked. After a formal complaint they gave us right room. It was a very stressful situation to negotiate with them. The property was advertised as having free shuttle airport pickup, but they charged us INR 675 towards airport pickup. They also advertise as breakfast included, but it doesn't appear it is complement.

The hotel was close to the airport. That was the only saving grace. I booked it sight unseen because of the low price and the ratings on Expedia. It is CLEAR to me that the ratings are fraudulent. The hotel is located in an alley that is difficult for Uber drivers to find. The entire building reeks of cigarette smoke. The elevator was claustrophobic. The bathroom had NO hot water and NO soap. The walls in the room were filthy, and all the switches had dirt on them. The towel was dirty. The toilet seat was dirty. I did not lie on the bed because I suspected the sheets were dirty. The curtains in the room were mismatched. This hotel should be removed from Expedia. It is filthy and unsafe. When I went outside for a walk to look for food, I was approached by many individuals begging and offering “spa services.” After eating at the Holiday Inn, I returned, checked out, and went to the Park Plaza instead. I refused to spend a night in that hellhole. Quite literally the worst hotel room I have ever seen.

Hotels.com should not even list this hotel. Pictures are copied from some other hotels and uploaded in the hotel pictures. Bathroom doesn’t have any sink. Blankets are not clean. Staff are not well knowledgeable. I would not recommend it to anyone. Stay away from them.

Staff is good and helpful. Property is safe. Rooms are nice and clean. They will not come for cleaning by themselves daily, you have to call them we realised on 4th day. It is better to first book the room in advance and then stay here, if you do it later even if you have restrictive conditions because of your airport dealing they will charge you extra. Remember, There is no breakfast, no mini fridge in room, no tv, no tea/coffee tray as shown in photos. Especially if you are vegetarian thi si not good option. You will have to go outside to get your food and tea. Especially, if you are vegetarian then this is not the place for you, besides this for your basic requirement it is good accomodation overall.

The location of Hotel The Best Delhi Airport is absolutely fantastic! Being so close to Delhi Airport made my entire trip hassle-free.
