Pathetic experience

Experience was pathetic, tough to find the location, the hotel manger was rude and no cleanliness, its waste of money in that budget also.

Drab hotel

Chose this hotel as it is quite close to the airport and only needed it for 4 hours in between train arriving and flight departing Delhi. They put us in a room on the ground floor right next to reception which was noisy as they were watching TV. They had no hot water at that hour of the night or the morning, so we could not freshen up at all which was disappointing.

メインロードに面したところにもRTS HOTELという看板があるホテルがあり、そこでタクシーをおりてしまった。同じホテル系列だそうなので、裏のRTSまで送ってもらったが、まぎらわしい。 食事がルームサービスしかなかった。 朝食付きと書かれているが、何がついているのかホテルの人も把握しておらず、別料金を払った6歳の子どもの分は朝食代を取られた。 食事を頼むと1時間くらいかかる。1人しかコックがいないとのこと。 タオルがまるで雑巾のように汚い。 パハールガンジでは半値くらいでとまれるはず。

Only stay here if you have to!

The reception staff were extremely unfriendly and insisted on charging us extra for an extra bed even though I had specified 3 adults in the booking. When the extra bed arrived it was a mattress on the floor and the duvet was not clean. The towels in the bathroom were also filthy. Breakfast was late, incomplete and the hotel tried to overcharge us. All in all it wasn't a nice end to our stay in India - next time I would probably pay more and go for a nicer hotel. We've stayed in many basic places in India but the dirtiness of the room and the rudeness of the staff were worse than anywhere else we've been.

Horroroso, No es un hotel

Is the worts hotel I've ever stayed. No recomiendo a nadie este hotel. Las fotos son pura fachada. Sabanas sucias con olor a orina, baño supersucio lleno de pelos, paredes muy sucias, la tele no se ve bien, esta situado en un callejon donde no es recomedable ir ni de dia. Ruidos toda la noche, y despues de bajar 3 veces a recepcion a la 1 las 3 y las 5 de la madrugada, la unica respuesta que tuve era la indiferencia y la sonrisa del de recepcion(que estaba durmiendo en el sofa del lobby) diciendome que eso era asi. Al fina, al las 5 de la madrugada,l decido pedir un taxi e irme a dormir al aeropuerto a pesar de que mi vuelo no salia hasta las 11. Ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido nunca.

I will never stay there again

We booked ariport pickup, but there were none at the airport when we arrived, so we had to call RTS, and wait for them to send one to make the pickup. The room of som friends was not cleaned. There are no wifi connection on the 2nd floor where we stayed.

The staff at the hotel is very nice and helpful, but understanding english is not their strong side. We had some challenges in being picked up from the airport, but we managed with a phone and the consierge at the hotel and 6-7 calls, back and forth. They have a menu at the hotel, they are not able to fulfil, even though it is neetly fixed with times during the day, and what you can order at specific times, but the hotel can not deliver. In the menu you can get breakfast from 7 am, but breakfast is not served before 8 am. Confusing. We ordered 5 different times from the menu, and nothing was right. We booked a suite through Hotels.com, but the hotel couldn't see the bookings, cause his internet was down, so he started to gives us normal rooms. I complained and said, thats not what we ordered and he found some new rooms, at a bigger size, but these were not cleaned, so they were absolutely not ready for a visit at the Hotel. If you take these things into account before you arrive no problem. The hotel is very cosy, and of the larger streets so it's pretty quiet at night. And the staff is really trying I must give them that.
