Camera accogliente e staff gentile. Il servizio navetta è gratuito, ma un po’ disorganizzato. Il ristorante non era presente all’interno dell’hotel: ci hanno indicato un ristorante nelle vicinanze. Le foto di expedia non corrispondono alla parte di struttura che ho visto. Il nome indicato nell’insegna dell’hotel era diverso.

Había cucarachas, en la comida me salieron pelos, en la ducha no había agua caliente. Llamamos, mandamos correos y mensajes para que pagar a buscarnos al aeropuerto y nunca respondieron. Al día siguiente les dije del transporte de regreso al aeropuerto y tampoco me ayudaron. Yo tuve que pagar los traslados. PÉSIMO SERVICIO

Pleasant stay
Drop off and pick up from airport was smooth. The perception I had was that there had been a management shake up as overall improvement to attention to detail. The kitchen staff delivered food on time. The buffet breakfast was limited but the staff were happy to make food when requested. The only issue was the delayed room cleaning. It seemed the room would always be cleaned when i returned back after my day out rather than when the room was empty.

Despite having sent our itinerary to the hotel 2 days in advance, and trying to receive confirmation from them many times, we arrived at the airport at 2:30am and the promised transportation wasn’t there. We had to take an airport cab which was much more expensive than an Uber(which we couldn’t call as our sims hadn’t activated yet). Upon getting to the hotel, they said it was full so they took us across the road to their sister hotel, which was pretty filthy, but quiet. We were too tired to protest and just went to bed. They then woke us by calling to remind us to go for breakfast at 8:30 and 9:00am, which might be viewed as considerate if not for we hadn’t slept for 2 days. After a modest breakfast(an omelette and nice coffee) they moved us to the main hotel and the room was much cleaner, but louder. The hotel is in a very busy side area a few minutes drive from the airport, it’s definitely not an area everyone will want to be in, but we felt safe and enjoyed the surrounding markets. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly as were the majority of the staff. The second night the phone rang us at 2am for no known reason. This is a very busy hotel at night with many people arriving between12pm-3am so it’s not somewhere you can rest easily. But it’s very close to the airport so it is convenient. If you’re travelling on a very tight budget then make sure they put you in the main hotel if you decide to stay here. But I’d recommend trying another hotel.

The hotel is permanently closed. They gave us no notice of this. We turned up to find a notic on the door and the need to find another hotel.

Only a short stay for us. Staff were great, airport pick up was perfect. They send driver to the multilevel car park to get you, so you need to walk a bit, and will need wifi or local SIM to arrange the pick up. 10 - 15 min drive from terminal. Hotel, area, etc. all as expected for mid-price accommodation in Delhi. We'd stay again.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very dirty. They provided unsafe water to drink. Door lock is broken. Bad smell every where. Breakfast had very limited items and atmosphere was very hot. Super dirty. Outside was horribly stinky. Staff were ok.

The reason we stayed was due to location as we had a short stop 12 hrs between flights. We were very disappointed to have our pick up - transfer not occur- called the hotel many times over 90 mins from the airport with no answer and had to find our own way from Delhi. We simply needed a shower and a bed - which was OK. They did however arrange transfer back to airport next day which was problem free.

まず空港近辺が慢性的に渋滞するせいで空港まで送迎を頼むと1時間はかかります。案内には10分程度とあるのですが。待ち合わせ場所は分かりやすく、現れたドライバーも紳士的で良かっただけに残念。 ホテルの建物自体非常に古く、ベッドのスプリングも体験したことのないレベルででこぼこしていました。写真はオープン当初のものと思われます。タオルは変色しており、シャワーの水量はごくわずか。お湯を出すスイッチが浴室内壁側にあるのですが気付かず(案内もなく)、本当にお湯が出るのかは確認できず。 翌朝早くに空港まで送って欲しいとレセプションに、チェックインの際、二度伝えました。その時は快諾し、料金は宿泊費に含まれており支払い不要だと言っていたのに、翌朝迎えは来ておらず。別のスタッフに空港まで行きたいと伝えたところ、普通のタクシーを呼ばれて、結局ドライバーに400ルピー払いました。 夜中に他の団体客が騒いでうるさかった上に、部屋を間違えたのか何度もノックされて眠れず。外では一晩中クラクションが鳴りっぱなし。空港内から出ない方が快適に休めたかもしれないと思うレベルです。 ペットボトル入りの水が2本もらえたのが唯一良かったところでしょうか。広さは充分にあり、虫はいませんでした。

Kindly note that we always provide pick-up from the Airport to avoid this type of mistakes. Sometimes airport drivers beguiles and take away our guest to other hotels. Your booking was also not prepaid that makes hundred percent change to beguiled by brokers at the airport.

空港到着時間を伝えてあったのだが、10分待てとの連絡後、1時間半来ず。部屋に案内してくれたのはいいけれど、ルームキーを置いていかないので出られない(自動ロックなので)。部屋のトイレがロックされていて、開けるまでに30分。 スタッフはみな、フレンドリーではあるけれどアルバイトレベル。そして窓の外は、クルマのホーンが一晩中うるさい。 まあ、値段を考えたら我慢できるレベルですが。

The Positives: I booked this hotel mainly because the manager, Mr. Ram Mishra was very responsive to reviews. I found him to be soft spoken and pleasant. The main plus point for me was their airport pickup service. It was the second reason for my booking. The rooms are large, the bathroom was clean. The Negatives: Very stressful locating the taxi that Mr. Mishra had sent for us. I would suggest to the hotel that they allocate a precise location for pickup and provide detailed instructions in advance to their guests so that first time visitors know exactly where to go and what to do as people could have network problems. On arrival we WhatsApp'd the hotel as instructed and were told we'd be picked up outside at Pillar no. 8... which is perfect... however, a few minutes later the taxi driver called to say come to the parking! We were at a loss not knowing where to go or how to get there. Waited outside the airport Exit for at least half an hour before we managed to meet up with the driver. It would have been perfect if we could have just gone to pillar 8 as Mr. Mishra told us to instead of having to wander around looking for the parking. Very stressful! Wanted to relax with a beer after long trip but no real restaurant. The man offered to buy it and deliver to room (for a price). Not ideal! Extremely noisy room over the kitchen. Sounded as if under a bowling alley all night! No hot water in the bathroom, but Reception quickly sent a tech to check & repair the geyser.

Was absolut top ist und den relativ hohen Preis rechtfertig ist der kostenlose Flughafen pickup und Brinservice. Also perfekt für eine lange Wartezeit zum Verbindungsflug. Das 1. Zimmer war auf den 1. Blick gut. Groß, ok sauber, roch neutral. Leider fiel der Türgriff nach 10 Minuten ab. Große Reparatur, wir wollten unsere Ruhe. Dann wurde uns ein Ersatzzimmer angeboten, klein und stickig. Das nächste war ähnlich groß, roch aber und war in allem mehr abgenutzt. Unser Bettlaken hatte gleich einen Riss. Gut auch, dass es Essen im Haus gibt. Ok. An einer vollen und lauten Straße, im Zimmer mit Klimaanlage für uns in Ordnung. Service hat sich Mühe gegeben. Für eine Nacht absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man keine sehr hohen Ansprüche hat. Würde 3,5 Sterne geben, wenn es möglich wäre.

Close to the airport. The hotel is dirty. Room not clean and made up when checked in. The whole facility is dirty. Table cloth on dining tables not changed. Limited breakfast selections. Areas surrounding hotel is dirty. Very noisy. Cars constantly hoking.

Bed had no mattress cover. One wall had a big stain on it. Toilet water has to be turned on to fill tank so it can flush and then turn water off as tank leaks. Called 2x to find out shuttle but no answer. Sent two WhatsApp messages and two emails w/o being acknowledged. Finally did get a message about the shuttle, however the phone number was not valid on WhatsApp and the hotel didn’t answer their phone. Asked someone to make phone call for me. Young lady at front desk was very helpful. Not a very good area to walk around. Poor sidewalks and you end up walking in the street. Lots of car horns all the time.
