Staffs are very kindly and helpful, breakfast is nice. Actually I've stayed in this hotel several years ago, when it just open less than 30 days... good to be here again!

Most staffs are friendly, and they remember customers’ needs and likes, then provide more thoughtful services. However, the surrounding hotel is totally inconvenient.

The Hotel should be a express brand of Hyatt because the facility is simple. But it is still clean and comfortable. The location is a little not good and road condition is bad. It is 11km far from airport, but the highway is OK.

I only stayed a single night but was not impressed with the overall service. Firstly I receive an unsolicited quote from the hotel through Expedia (titled as a reply to a query - but not one I had made) for car service from the airport, not a issue in itself, but at over 5 times the cost of local taxi services like Uber it seemed like they were taking advantage of the fact hotel is not in the area a tourist would normally want to venture to. Carpets in the hallways were stained in a number of places and the blind in the room had mold stains (an attempt had at least been made to clean the actual mold off), with what looked like small burn marks on one of pieces of furniture. Finally the hotel staff seemed surprised that I would want soap in the bathroom so I could wash my hands.

Firstly, the receptionist Alok Kumar took a half hour to check us in, secondly he gave us faulty keys more then once, the rooms were not so great and the shower was hard to figure out. They dont let any outside food services inside the hotel you have to go outside to get it yourself.

The hotel was not what I would expect from a Hyatt! The shower wasn’t working as expected, the tv was not working and required you to subscribe to the channels. The customer service at reception was poor as they were just rushing you through their checklist!

Stay anywhere but here. I booked 2 rooms for 1 night and: 1. One of the room given initially were not clean. Tradh bins were not empty and a kid found Rajnigandha (Tobacco) pouch in one of the drawers. Staff changed the room when informed. 2. You cannot regulate temperature. Period. Our room was hot and thermostat was not functioning. On calling reception, they sent a peespn to "fix" it who was able to turn it on after opening the thermostat, and make the fan start. The room kept fuether voiling up and after few hours of suffering, we called the staff again. They sent the dame guy who Second room's A/C unit broke down in night and fan stopped working. When informed, they sent a staff to "fix" it. This made the fan work. Work up after few hours due to whole room heating up and noticed cooling isnt working at all to the temperature we set in the system. On calling again, they sent the same guy who turned off the fan thsi time and cited that only heat mode works and cold temperature is set centrally. This means we cannot set the temperature to our liking and stay without ventilation. Absolute waste of money, time and peace of mind.
