Great service with exceptional check in facility. Rooms are well presented and clean. Housekeeping was quick and efficient. Hotel offers good options for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The property is amazing, but the service is over the top. The staff is exceptional throughout with a particular shout out to the check in with Shunhankar as well as the golf bar team of Saurabh and Ajay. I would highly recommend the ITC Maurya.

The room was of a high standard. However, the restaurant options were very limited in that two restaurants always had lengthy waiting lists (due to high numbers of non-hotel guest diners) and the food quality at the Pavillion restaurant being poor with slow service and unprofesssional management. This is in the context of a hotel location where there are no other eating options closeby. We were unimpressed overall with this hotel having stayed at other hotels in New Delhi in the past and would not consider this as an option in the future.

Property was too crowded for its size and service wasn’t great. Everyone did their job but you felt like you were just there to create problems rather than a guest at a hotel. For the price paid and it’s 5 star rating, I would definitely go elsewhere next time.

Check in/out and room issues but nice staff
The staff were kind and helpful however they had no record of my booking upon arrival, despite me having pre-paid over £800 for 4 nights stay. The lobby was chaotic and the reception desk busy, even at 11pm. It took 30 minutes to resolve the check in issue, which is the last thing you want after a late flight. The room itself was nice but I had issues with the touch pad control panel that controls the lights, AC etc. The pad wasn't working and the lights kept going on and off in the middle of the night. I reported this the following morning, was told it was fixed but the same issue happened the following night which was very disruptive. As there were no master switches to control the lights, I ended up removing the power card entirely. Upon check out, I was told I needed to pay for my room fees, which I had already paid for. The check out process took 15 minutes to resolve which was frustrating as I needed to get to the airport and the issue had supposedly been addressed on check in. Because of these issues, I would not stay here again and would instead try one of the other 5 star hotels in the area.

They didn’t care about us being there…they were TOO busy with groups. The front desk staff did not communicate anything dealing with my Titanium Elite status. Check in was average at best. The room was small and older. I am an “Oberoi” customer and will certainly go back to trying to stay there. At the Oberoi, they treat you like a real VIP and make SURE your stay is exemplary. If you want the service, luxury and pampering…Don’t stay here. So sorry to say.
