The space
Welcome to our home....

It is a large house of about 5500 sq feet home which has four large bed rooms, four modern bathrooms with comod and shower, well furnished lobby along with sofa and dining table which can sit 10 persons. The large Drawing room does have sitting capacity of 8 persons. The kitchen is manned by my wife along with able support of Santosh, Sudhir and Vinod, always eager to serve you with tasty breakfast, meals and beverages...

We boast of wonderful terrace garden for your lungs as well as for your eyes....Our home also has a small library and temple...

We are very well connected...Our home is less than 1 km from Dilshad Garden Metro Station on Red Line and it is about 2 kms from Karkardooma Metro Station on Blue Line. You get cycle rikshaws to come to our place who charge about 35 Rs. Alternatively, you can hire shared e-rikshaws which charge only 5 Rs. From Karkardooma Metro Station, you can also board bus No. 473 or 623A which would drop you right at our home. The fare is only 5 Rs.
From the airport as well as New Delhi Railway Station, Old Delhi Railway Station, our home can be accessed by Metro (Yellow Line).
The application based taxis/cabs such as Uber, Ola, Meru are easily available at Air port and all Railway Station which will bring you right at our home.
Guest access
It is a large house...We encourage our guests not to confine them to their room, but take a stroll on the terrace garden, check out books in the library and enjoy TV in the lobby area apart from their rooms
Other things to note
We serve complimentary breakfast. The Menu is full of variety and richness. However, do let us know if you have any particular requirements.

The meals are available on chargeable basis. We do not serve any non vegetarian food or alcoholic bevarages.
Our philosophy is Atithi Devo Bhav....It is a large home, so we have little difficulty in accommodating early check in or late check out. However, you may have to remain in lobby area, in case, the other guests are staying or checking in. Till your rooms gets ready, enjoy our Masala Tea...
The house is on third floor and there is no elevator...Please keep it in mind if the guests are senior citizens
