A treat at the end of a frenzy of a trip

Stayed there 2 nights arriving the day after Diwali. Very welcoming and everyone so helpful. Delhi was alive with fireworks well seen and heard from the lovely roof terrace. Easy going live music on terrace. Just the best evening we've had for ages. Room very comfy as were the lounges. My wife did a private yoga class then some massage. She was very impressed with both. Location is in a quiet suburban street where (from the signs on gates) lots of dentists and doctors live. 2 small peaceful parks nearby. Metro is 5 mins easy walk though it gets busy in rush hour so getting back to the hotel involves queues. Food is good.

Amazing! It was a great way to be welcomed when arriving to Delhi. The graciously picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night. The whole staff was amazing. The coffee and masala chai was lovely, food is delicious breakfast and dinner. They were super helpful in giving me 6directions (metro) is really close so that is a HUGE plus. I definitely recommend

A wonderful place to stay in Delhi. The staff and service are courteous. The Chef will go out of his way to make food suitable to you (my girlfriend is gluten free, and they provided numerous options for us.) Sunny catered to our every need. They will guide you for activities, and help you find drivers and tour guides. They helped us find Manjeet Singh whom we cannot recommend enough as your driver to show you the monuments around Delhi. He will park in all the secret places, guide you to the doors of monuments, find you the best places to eat, and more.

Shati home was my favorite stay in India!

The shanti home was the perfect Welcome to our fist visit to India. Sanjana Verma was so nice to welcome us at 2 am with fresh juice waters and warm service. Everyone in the Shanti home made our stay such a wonderful experience. Amazing breakfast on the rooftop with a very attentive chef who catered to our every need, and the one of the best coffee and samosas I have had til this day. The dinner in their roof top with dimmed lighting and a city view was so romatic. The shanti home was the perfect Welcome to our first visit in India. Sanjana Verma was so nice to welcome us at 2 am after a very long flight with fresh juice waters and warm service. From our arrival to our departure Sanjana Verma and the staff guided us, answered questions and made our stay such a wonderful experience. I would recommend this stay to everyone. We left with great memories from our stay and will always share and remember: The amazing breakfast on the rooftop with a very attentive chef who catered to our every need, one of the best coffees and samosas I have had till this day, dinner in their roof top with dimmed lighting and a city view was so romantic and coming to the room exhausted after touring Delhi to a great shower and such a comfortable bed. This stay was just so welcoming, the place was so beautiful we only wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Staffs are all very kind. Very quiet and peaceful. Great and fashionable facilities. Very clean room. I enjoyed pictures, paintings and statues in each floor. Especially, it was good memory to celebrate Diwali with you all. スタッフの方々は皆とても優しいです。設備を詳しく説明してくれたり、ウェルカムドリンクやスナックまでいただきました。静かに、そしてゆったり過ごすためのホテル。メインの観光名所からは少し距離がありますが、空港までは比較的近いしメトロもわかりやすかったので問題なし。チェックアウトの後も荷物を預かっていてくれました。Diwaliという祭りに滞在が重なったのですが、ホテルに宿泊してる方々と一緒にお祝いのパーティがありました。インド滞在の最終日に、いい思い出となりました。外は皆忙しけれど、ホテルの中はとても静かであたたかかった。ぜひ。

This was an exceptional place to stay in Delhi. It is an oasis of tranquility in an often bustling and crowded city. I loved my room and the care that was put into everything. The organization was phenomenal, as well as the amenities. I had an amazing check in experience, as well as check-out: I was feeling ill and missed breakfast, so they packed some food to-go! It was so kind. Highly recommend if you are in Delhi.

Outstanding service!

The staff is so, so friendly and helpful! They are also very honest, trustworthy people. I had a cash refund from a tour and I told the tour to leave the money at the front desk for me to pick up (I felt THAT comfortable with the front desk staff). When I came back from an outing, the front desk agent gave it to me without a rupee missing. Rooms are just okay by American standards, but all the pampering and attention to details cannot be overlooked. Such as a plate of cookies waiting in your room, or the personal addressed welcome letter waiting on your bed, etc. all done with obvious care. We didn't have a chance to venture out the neighbourhood, but we wouldn't recommend it at nighttime.

My wife and I spent the last two days of dream trip to India at the Shanti... As was with the beginning of our trip, our time spent there was fantastic... the wait staff and chefs are 5 star all around! The rooms are beautiful and beds ever so comfortable! A true value and experience!

Best hidden treasure in New Dehli

We had no idea when we booked our stay that we made the best decision of our trip to India. From the time we landed in New Dehli, our hotel’s arranged transportation gave us a clue to the delight we were about to encounter. We were in New Dehli five nights prior to our departure to southern parts on India and most of our waking moments during these days were spent at the hotel. As a Gold Member of Hotels.com I can say the view, service and food were unsurpassed at the hotel’s 24 hour 4rth floor outdoor restaurant! The abundant service staff always called you by your name and were present when ever needed. I could go on and on... My wife and I will be spending our last two nights prior to returning home there too... We are so looking forward it! Our whole experience at the Shanti Home was ABSOLUTELY incredible!

Viaje Sagrado.

El hotel, no ha podido estar mejor. Buscábamos una hotel hub desde el que poder realizar excursiones por todo el norte de la India y cuando regresaremos al mismo poder disfrutar de Delhi. Este hotel y todo su staff nos hizo estar como en casa. Desde la recepción, al personal de limpieza y el restaurante. siempre pendientes de nosotros. Siempre ayudando. Les pedimos tareas difíciles de cumplir como por ejemplo un collar que compramos roto y nos gestionaron su arreglo por unas pocas rupias. La comida excelente y lo que es mas importante la cocina con unas condiciones higiénicas altísimas. Allí podíamos desayunar y cenar sin problema alguno. El desayuno a base de frutas, huevos a la manera que se desee, pankakes, una sorpresa culinaria India diaria de las que desconozco los nombres pero buenísimas. Un tipo de judías pintas con arroz ,... Te preparaban la comida sin picante. Luego el picante ya nos es una excusa para no comer en India. Tomar pollo al estilo afgano. me lo agradeceréis. Ahh y una magnifica recomendación. para sobrevivir al picante si os ha tocado algo muy especiado es pedir Lassy salado. O incluso con mango. Te quiera el picor y podes seguir disfrutando de una experiencia culinaria única. Por cierto el restaurante posee horno Tandoori que le da un toque muy casero y rico a los asados. En fin que eligiendo este hotel no os vais a arrepentir y con los que os sobre, lo dedicas a compras. Mi lugar favorito? Mercado Tibetano. Namaste!

Nice stay

My husband and I chose this hotel as it has excellent reviews. From our point of view the hotel is a bit over rated and over priced. Nevertheless we had a pretty good experience there with a very welcoming and friendly staff, nice and spacious bedroom, good breakfast on a nice rooftop.
