High overall standard which make the hotel to one of the best in Delhi. Quite similar to Taj Palace though probably a bit more "business soberly". The personnel is, except for a few exceptions, quite neutral and reserved. The hotel is heavily used for wedding celebrations, though this does not bother at all. The restaurants provide fantastic food though on the costlier side. Two different options for breakfast: buffet restaurant and a-la-carte. I would definitely recommend the latter! Though there is no option to eat outside on the terrace (which Taj Palace provides.) Pool and garden area is great and spacious. The only weird feature is that one needs to cross the entire lobby area when coming from the pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Taj. All of the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Every meal, including breakfast was delicious and our room was very comfortable. We also liked the area and the beautiful gardens around the hotel

A real five star hotel. Food and restaurant staff were great. We really like the individual attention where a hotel staff member actually guided us to the room and introduced himself to us for any further assistance. The hotel looks very clean and even smells fresh and clean. Will definitely stay in the hotel again in the future and tell friends about it as well. Also this hotel was not as crowded and full of buzz as Taj Palace hotel at all. We were happy that we chose this hotel over Taj Palace Hotel. O, We enjoyed the quietness outside the hotel too. And we enjoyed the view with birds flying over the forest too. Anyway, the hotel really provided us with a different and pleasant insight into India at the end of our 15 days trip in India.

A terrible room with a motor running by its wall all night which kept me up. The lying and conniving staff that put me there despite asking three times that i needed a quiet room. The lied in the night again for telling me they could not find the source of loud noise, where I could see it myself from my window. The staff lied and deliberately put me there. It's a shame for a VIP access hotel like TAJ . The refund for that night is not a good resolution .. I do not expect a free room but a room I can sleep. SHAMEFUL TAJ GROUP OF HOTELS. iT HAS HAPPENED TWICE IN TWO YEARS. The first time Lucknow and now in Delhi

What an amazing hotel!!
From the on set as soon as you walked into the hotel lobby you feel a sense of grandeur and comfort. You are greeted by multiple members of staff even before you get to the check in desk. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor which was spacious for and everything to the smallest detail was considered and maticulously placed conveniently. It was our first time staying at aTaj hotel but i think ive found my favourite and will be looking to book around the world.

Excellent hotel. Treated so well. Upgraded room. Breakfast in the club lounge amazing. Only issue was dining at House of Ming restaurant where the young waitress kept pushing us to order more food bc of 'small potions'. Portions were very large especially for my two children and myself with three entrees, noodle dish plus appetizer so of course we wasted half of it with price tag 17,000 rupees. Felt she pushed this on a 'foreigner' to increase a tip. Regardless, we enjoyed breakfast where we were doted upon . After check in, our front desk staff walked us personally to our room. He sent fresh squeezed juice, our extra bed came immediately. The room was grand with shower head in the ceiling with massive rain shower. Looking out the windows, felt as if I was in a remote place rather than central Delhi. Trees and treetops for miles.

stay was very comfortable and I always enjoy staying there. issue I faced this time is that there are now too many club rooms and lounge is always full. guests are turned away at breakfast. even when there is space, service is very tardy. too few people to attend to so many guests. one has to request repeatedly for even coffee or water. Service in lounge has to improve. Breakfast in Machan also needs improvement. breakfast is nowhere close to other good hotels in Delhi like Oberoi or Leela.
