“I booked a non refundable room based on the location. I was looking for a hotel close to where we were fishing. Once I booked the hotel and put the location in maps, the location was not as close as advertised. I immediately called the hotel and they refused to refund the room. I would have never booked the room if the location was accurate. I did not stay at the hotel even though I paid for the nights stay.”

“I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied.
The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold.
The property did not refund my reservation……
