On the covered terrace you can enjoy with your family extended meals. The pool is edged with an advantageous synthetic turf surface and can accommodate several sun loungers and of course to play.

The outdoor area can see very well from the terrace, so that even toddlers are in view. In Mediterranean outdoor area, which runs around the whole house, children have plenty of space for a carefree stay to play and run.

With culinary delights you can your family from the stone grill, directly next to the terrace with a further sitting, pampered.

You can park on the fenced and lockable plot your vehicle. The house offers bright, friendly and lovingly furnished rooms. In addition to a living room with an open kitchen and the dining area you will find three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms fully satisfying. A Spanish double bed and four single beds are distributed among the three bedrooms. Furthermore, the house has air conditioning, which ensures even at high temperatures for a pleasant indoor climate.

Practically also the small storage room to the kitchen is serving as storage space and also houses the washing machine.

The entire property (approx 350sqm) is surrounded by a wall and a fence with privacy. The additions to the property and the house are all lockable.
