Beaucoup de choses cassées chaise de terrasse robinet lampe ,barbecue inutilisable vu la saleté graisse accumulée, débit d eau quasiment nul difficile de prendre sa douche,chaise cassée mais oui fonctionnel.La climatisation du bas ne fonctionne pas c'est plutôt un ventilateur Le wifi est inexistant Lits très petits peu d espace et vaisselle plus que sommaire impossible Bar au bord de la piscine musique toute la journée et fête le soir pas calme du tout Point +grande piscine supermarché et plage

Ferienhaus Riumar

WLAN steht sehr eingeschränkt zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt überwiegend im Schatten - damit heizen sich die Räume nicht so stark auf. Für Hunde gibt es einen separaten Strand - Vorsicht das Meer wimmelt von scharfkantigen Steinen. Die Benutzung von Wasserschuhe ist zu empfehlen. Der eigentliche Strand ist gepflegt, wird von Rettungsschwimmern überwacht und das Meer ist frei von Steinen.

Lo único bueno de este alojamiento fue la ubicación y la piscina. Los aparatos de aire acondicionado no funcionan y pasamos un calor tremendo. Las hormigas campaban a sus anchas por la cocina y el suelo. Las camas horrorosas....en fin...no repetiremos segurísimo.

Für das Geld war das ok. Klimaanlage defekt

Leider war ab der zweiten Woche die Klimaanlage defekt, was die nächte zum Schlafen unerträglich gemacht hat. Das Personal konnte nicht weiter helfen. Finde sehr schade, dass der positive Eindruck so zu nichte gemacht wurde. Ansonsten alles ok.

Renovar camas

He bajado la nota a bueno sólo por el estado de las camas y el aire acondicionado del comedor (no funciona). Por lo demás totalmente recomendable. Repetiremos el año que viene si sustituyen las camas, ya que los dos tenemos problemas de espalda. Por lo demás estamos encantados. Muchas gracias.

Appart vraiment bof la clim du haut ne refroidit pas la literie du haut une catastrophe pour le prix payé c est abusé ( 2700€ et tout le reste de la residence quasi moitié prix du vol ) Acces internet par wifi du bar uniquement pas top Heureusement que la residence est sympa. Mais rien a faire autour si pas de voiture a 2h de barcelone et valence ...

Vacaciones

La llegada no fue muy agradable tuvimos que esperar una hora para hacer el check in en pleno sol , cuando nos entregaron las llaves nos acompañaron y no pudimos entrar en el alojamiento porque aún no lo habían limpiado con lo cual tuvimos que esperar 2 horas más,nos dieron las sábanas y tuvimos que hacernos las camas. El aire acondicionado de arriba no funcionaba y por las noches no sé podía dormir de calor

Un poco decepcionante

El apartamento necesita una reforma: sofá, camas, baños, utensilios cocina, tv. No tiene wifi propia, es de la comunidad y no llega. El jardín de entrada está descuidado. Las camas sin hacer. Lo único bueno la terraza y zona comunitaria.

Ruhig, entspannend, angenehmes Umfeld

Alles wie beschrieben. Teilweise besser. Z.B. die Anlage ist viel gepflegter als auf den Fotos. Eine WM steht im unteren WC zur alleinigen Nutzung. Nicht ganz so toll fanden wir, dass es kein Satellitenfernsehen gibt, das franz. Bett im OG bei jedem Drehen knarrt und unten die Dusche sehr schlecht abläuft. Wir haben uns aber sehr gut mit den Gegebenheiten arrangiert. Für uns war es trotz allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt.
