I would not recommend this property. ⸻ ⭐⭐ Balanced Review The property did not meet expectations. When I arrived, the check-in process was unclear and the home appeared to be partially occupied. 「The location was perfect- steps away from everything, Times Square and Mc Donald’s and Chick-fil-A and Walgreens, restaurants, bars and pizza and a little park in front to relax. You can see the Chrysler building from the room. Very safe. It was a bit dusty from the dryer venting in the unit. It did get hot from the dryer. It was clean and spacious. Everything you need for a stay. I was shocked by such a gem of a find! I will try to hunt down this place again for my next stay!」

「I’ve never left a rating this low, and honestly, I won’t recommend staying here. It’s a self check-in hotel with no front desk support. On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. I stayed for six nights, and this happened repeatedly. To get access, I had to call the helpline multiple times (I’m using an overseas mobile). Each call kept me on...
