A nice and convenient stay

It's a unique experience use machine to check in & out, but still need assist; front desk is good and 27th floor have a big place let guest take a cup of cofee and sit for relax. Only the air condition is too noisy others are good and convenient. Subway & train station is nearby walking distance 5 minutes around.

入住大廳比較狹小，但是有自動入住台，很方便。房間有點小，地板有些小灰塵，但是整體而言是乾淨的。洗衣房免費使用超級棒，是LG洗脫烘的洗衣機，還有免費的洗衣精和袋子可以使用。還有一個小小的健身房☺️

Excellent staff put our stay over the top. Especially Manny and Elias! We needed a number of accommodations and they were so kind and effective. The hotel is very nice and the location is a very convenient Midtown location.

This was the best place to stay, we wanted to be close to transportation, so right across from grand central station was optimal. We'd grab food and coffee, jump on the subway and zoom around the city, sightseeing!

The elevators were not working all the time. There were three elevators but only one was working at a time. Everything else was very good! I like the fact that they have water stations on every floor with empty bottles for people to fill them up. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The rooms were on the small side, but clean & modern. 27th floor outdoor patio, just inside free different types of coffee. W We were in a room with a kitchen and it was well equipped, with free bottled water just down the hall. Will stay there again on next trip to NYC (we were staying near Grand Central Station with a total of 4 rooms.

Great staff, great proximity to 5th Ave and subways…hotel is exceptional, clean, comfortable and inviting! Lounge and outdoor space had great coffee and views! We visit NYC often and we will be choosing the Club Quarters again. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

honestly, this hotel was such a pleasant surprise. the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable, it made my work trip to new york feel way more relaxing. the front desk people were genuinely sweet and super helpful with everything from check-in to local tips. the location is also perfect, tons of restaurants, coffee spots, and things to do all within walking distance. i never once felt stressed about getting around. if you’re coming to the city for work or fun, i’d totally say stay here. they really made my trip so much better.

I stayed here 10/02-10/05, and had the best experience! The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating to my dog and me. Club Quarters is one of the few places where there is no pet fee, free laundry with complimentary detergent, and access to close by parking garages! Their rooms were very clean and the floor plan was so nice, even for a one person room. The only issue I had personally, was with my room key; I believe the battery for my door was dying, but each time I went to the front desk, they took care of it for me promptly, and reassured they would get the door looked at. Overall, a wonderful experience with staff, and will be staying here again!

Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe zum Grand Central Bahnhof liegt damit sehr central und ist gut mit der Subway zu erreichen. In direkter Nähe sind Möglichkeiten wo man Essen gehen kann und Lebensmittel einkaufen kann. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Zimmer sind wie in New York üblich klein aber zweckmäßig. Bei uns funktioniert der Fön nicht, aber er wurde innerhalb von 5 Minuten ausgewechselt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Abreise kam unser Taxi nicht pünktlich, da eine Straße gesperrt war. Sie waren hilfsbereit und haben sich freundlich um uns gekümmert.
