Family Holiday

We came to Mt. Baker for spring skiing and found this property and the amenities at Snowater to be perfect. Our two sons (9 & 12) loved swimming, playing pingpong, pool and darts in the evenings after skiing. I recommend this space for families and we are already planning for a visit in 2024.

Condo was clean and comfortable. The amenities were awesome (rec center and clubhouse) and grounds well maintained with groomed trails. Only recommendations for this condo is to fix broken dining table and chairs, check out why fireplace makes an alarmingly Big Bang, and upgrade pots and pans. Otherwise great location for access to ski resort, clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet.

Great option for area

Rating reflects overall evaluation of property. Wifi was difficult (mostly didn't work) and the place smelled like mildew. Even so, would likely stay here again given there aren't many options in this area. This property worked fine for a bunch of guys taking an avalanche course for the weekend. Communication with property management was prompt and pleasant. Thank you!
