Enjoy this quiet and peaceful place in Snowater Condominium community in close proximately to the Mt. Baker National Forest, the Nooksack River, Mt Baker Ski area, Artist Point.

This quaint space features 1 queen bed, 1 crib, a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and a bathroom with a hair dryer. Enjoy amenities such as community pools, hot tub, game room, a trail along the nooksak river, and a fitness room during your stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

The unit sleeps 4 adults and 1 infant with a queen bed and a crib in the main bedroom, a very comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living room.

The unit features wood fire place and well stocked kitchen.

3-4 min walking distance to the river and 30 min drive to the mt baker ski area.


*Snowater resort has 4 EV charging stations that are offered at $10 fee. Please arrange the use of the stations with the Snowater Office during office hours.

*given the nature of the location, the internet can be spotty at times and power outage could occur.

* no pet is allowed in the unit.

* please note that there is a flight of stairs from the parking area to the building.

*snowater facilities including the pool and hot tub can be closed for maintenance without notice. Please check the snowater website for maintenance announcement.

* We have wood burning fireplace but we do not provide fire starter/fire wood. Please bring your own fire wood. you can also purchase firewood at the Snowater office during office hours

The instructions to obtain the extra key and FOB were confusing and, unlike the other units around it, this unit did not have an address plate above the door so it was difficult to locate in the dark. The electronic pin did not work to open the door and the instructions to manually unlock/lock the deadbolt were contained in the departure instructions, rather than the welcome instructions. As a result, we began the stay feeling pretty frustrated with the situation. I'd recommend that the host revise the instructions for clarity.That said, the unit is cute and ideally located for those who want to visit the Mt. Baker area. The resort's hiking path along the river is delightful. The wifi worked just fine for us. Couch and bed were comfy, but fitting 4 adults into this unit is a stretch.

We had a little difficulty, actually locating the unit because we arrived well after dark. we weren’t quite sure where to park to be closest to our unit and had a little trouble finding it in the dark. Perhaps suggesting guest spring flashlight might be helpful. I love that the hose had extra pillow pillows and pillowcases for us to use. We always sleep with more than one pillow each.

The place was great but the Internet was down the whole time. The last time we stayed it worked fine. On a brighter note, the community rec room has Wi-Fi that works so if you don’t object to taking your iPad or laptop, there, you could be OK.

Overall it was a good place to 'crash' after hiking all day near Mt. Baker. Although the condo was cute, I would not choose if any cooking or long stay was needed. The microwave did not open fully due to being installed so close to the wall. The stove had a large crack running through the cooktop which would have prevented us from using it for safety reasons. The bathroom was very small and tight as the toilet was so close to the tub on one side and so close to the wall on the other that the toilet paper/holder did not allow sitting upright while 'doing business'. That being said, the condo was a nice, cheap place to crash if you don't mind the minor inconveniences and are not picky.

What we loved: We really enjoyed the common space LR. It was nicely decorated and cozy & the fireplace was just amazing - 10 stars. What could be improved: The stove could use an update and the bath is super tight with water pressure issues. Also, it was impossible to use the TV due to poor internet & WiFi Location: It is a bottom unit and you actually descend to the front door. The only view is of the facility plant for the community.

The perfect place to stage for hiking around Mt. Baker

We stayed just one evening to stage for hiking around Mt. Baker-- the property was perfect. We were able to cook a lovely dinner, the swimming pool and hot tub were a huge bonus, and we were able to get a fantastic early start. Thanks so much for the wonderful place to stay!
