Parking Information
Please note that your rental may have limited parking availability. Carpooling may be required.
Parking is not permitted on roads within the Mt Baker Rim community.
Any fines accrued by the HOA in regards to parking violations are the responsibility of the renter.
Luxury Getaways is required to register ALL vehicles present during your stay, and all vehicles MUST be parked in the driveway.

Weather
The mountains offer incredible beauty, but not predictable weather. Please be prepared for severe weather ranging from excess heat in summer to heavy rain in spring and fall, and snow and ice in winter. A 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended in winter. Power and internet outages occasionally occur due to mountain conditions and are beyond our control. Refunds are not issued for power or internet outages. Please plan accordingly.

Nature
This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. Wildlife is part of the experience—from ants and bats to raccoons, bears, and bobcats. We do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outdoors.

Technology
Due to the remote location, cable TV and reliable cellular service are not available. The home provides free WiFi and Smart TVs for streaming subscription services. Cellular service is available near the Mt Baker Ski Area. Internet service in the Mt. Baker area may experience intermittent outages. We are limited to one provider and cannot offer refunds based on WiFi outages, speed, or disruptions.
