“It was a very good and peaceful place to stay. This is very close to a nice area with lovely coffee shop and local adorable restaurants. The big coffee shop downstairs is also very handful for working, wifi is great. There is a kutchen where you can prepare your own lunch or snacks. I was in the dormitory which is very modern with locked cases and all the facilities. Bathroom is very modern and with good hair dryer. The location is perfect to take any bus to go around busan! “Disappointing stay My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the unprofessional front desk receptionists. At check-in, I asked a male receptionist to reserve a large taxi in English. I told him I would take the large taxi immediately after check out. I even gave him the specific date and time. He replied me an “OK”. However, when I checked out, a female receptionist said no booking had been made. She insisted that she could not help me since 1-day advance booking was required and……

“我和家人訂了兩間房間都十分舒適，房間十分安靜 ，地鐵釜山站Exit 2出左向高架橋方向行，經過油站過馬路，再行入2個街口，整座酒店和門口較穩蔽，前名是B.Cent Hotel Busan，現在改名後Hotel Gonggam Gonggan 。 沒有櫃檯服務人員，全部都要人工check in，寄放行李放在公共區域內但安全的 。附近10分鐘內到釜山站和大街對面就是唐人街 。”

“地點還可以，但要爬坡（我們是坐計程車如果沒有搭計程車的旅客會非常的痛苦，因為離地鐵站很遠然後還要推著大行李爬坡），另外房間牆壁及地面都有泛黃及生鏽的痕跡實在看不出來是2017年的飯店，飯店人員可能是英文能力不佳所以服務態度冷淡，以3000元一個晚上的價位有更好的選擇，下次不會再入住。”
