“slight hiccup on arrival and totally my own fault not checking email for getting into the property, i thought as the caravan was on a holiday site that everyone dealt with the main reception of the holiday site , the person on reception was very rude and basically unprofessional and probably needs to change career path,besides that once we got sorted with the assistance from the owner of the caravan we enjoyed our day and appreciate the owner went above and beyond to get us sorted .”

“Lyons Holiday Park is a great site with plenty of activities for adults and children, both indoors and outdoors with good food options. However, I would not recommend booking through this particular host. Communication was extremely difficult. Only email was available, and the phone number provided did not work—even for Hotels.com staff.
