“Joyful and wonderful experience staying there.”

“The hotel is ideally located in the village with an outside seating area across the road and overlooking the river. We ordered salads for lunch which were brought to our table in PLASTIC baskets with the salad presented on a serviette! When questioned the waiter explained that they do not allow crockery outside yet drinks were served in glasses! Given our experience at lunch we chose to eat our evening meal at a Tapas bar and our breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. The hotel is in need of some……

“The property what they gave us was not the one we booked it was very very basic no curtainat the door small doors passage and bedrooms I have never stayed in a property so small Proper On a rubbish site will never visit again and will not recommend”

“服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。 早餐多士嚴重燒焦。 房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝 ，非常 嘔心 反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開 ，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口 任何人都可出入），根本冇窗， 因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺 ，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。”

“We stayed in a twin room .beds comfortable but room very narrow. No mirror to do hair.toilet roll holder broken. Friendly staff in restaurant, lovely food. Not much disabled parking which made things difficult. Lovely treatments in spa.”
