“The tv didnt work at all , no remote there cubard.in toilet fell on me.in there, 4 button on seating were mising exposing bear sharpe metal called office about tv said someone be over in few mins waited 3 hours called out of hours services man came over in 5 mins changed tv , thick cobwebs inside fire not been cleaned bird poo over front window looks like it been there a couple weeks as hard on window, scissors didnt work nor did tin opener, no spatular , big chunk of plastic mising out……

“服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。 早餐多士嚴重燒焦。 房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝 ，非常 嘔心 反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開 ，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口 任何人都可出入），根本冇窗， 因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺 ，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。”

“Valentines evening with overnight stay. Check in easy, mostly done online prior to arrival. Room was good size and very clean, hotel situated along side of busy A55, but road noise in room was minimal. Had small lunch and then dinner in the evening, the service from Heather was excellent, full of smiles and attentive, even though it was busy with the amount of staff they had on serving. She just gave that little bit extra that made you feel well looked after and that she care about your……

“Lovely site in the Welsh hills with lakeside or woodland lodges that were clean, comfortable and have everything you need for a short self catering break. The check in process was very easy and they offered a pre-check in online too. Pre-warning: They did try to contact my mobile to warn about a £60 refundable damage deposit, but the mobile number was partially Xx'd out by Hotels.com Friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. Lovely relaxing time in the hot tub, surrounded by……

“The room was clean and very compact, it lacked appeal but had most of the amenities you would want at this price. There is no interaction with staff at all as self check in, the heating wasn’t on although the radiator in the hall was hot, one curtain hardly covered the window, my room,2, was at the front of the property so people leaving the pub were talking loudly at 11.30/12pm and then again at 1am which woke me up, the shower was good, the wash basin so tiny you couldn’t get the tiny kettle……
