What a beautiful place in s beautiful location The room and hotel was absolutely stunning clean and new The stuff were lovely so helpful The only negative it was super hot on room but we opened windows for fresh air Breakfast was wonderful so nice a lovely place to stay a grm in the valley

Beautiful location, lovely village and park across the road. Very safe for children to walk around the village. Though mine just stayed in the park. The staff at this hotel are very well mannered, attentive and successful in what they do regardless of obvious pressures. A bit disappointed there wasn't any danishes available before breakfast had finished at the early time of 930am. Plenty of cereals, toast and jams with plenty of coffee that you can takeaway

I have mixed feelings about this place. I booked our room according to the photos shown on Expedia but when we arrived we have got a completely different kind of room. Next morning i have asked if any chance to give a room i have seen on the booking platform and they have granted us a better room but the bed was so old and it was so loud with every turn or little movement. The breakfast was very poor and not replaced the food when ran out, just after i have made a complaint about it. The lady in the afternoon shift was so helpful and kind to us which made a little better about this experience but all together it was a disappointment. The place has got all the facilities to be a nice hotel but somehow they are not keen to do upgrades and proper maintenence. Very disappointing that during the day there is no receptionist and the bar is closed completely. The place needs regular cleaning and staff that can help the guest when they need.
