The bungalow is located in a secluded, very well maintained and quiet community area with large pool area, outdoor shower and a green lawn with palm trees, which provide enough shade. The car can be parked right outside the door. You enter this bright and modern terraced house on the sunny terrace with a dining area and is located on the modern living level with the spacious living-dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. A staircase leads to the upper floor with three bedrooms, a balcony and a large bathroom with bathtub.
