The apartment is situated in a quiet gated complex in a residential area, with lawns and palms in well kept gardens and is surrounded by nature. The residence has 2 swimming pools, one 17m x 14m and a smaller one for children. The apartment has hot and cold air-co in both of the bedrooms and in the living room. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150cm by 190cm) and bedroom 2 has twin beds (90cm by 190cm) There are 2 bathrooms one of which is en-suite, up to 4 guests can be comfortably accommodated.
For families with young children, items such as a travel cot, baby bath, high chair etc. can be provided, without charge, along with age appropriate toys. There are also beach chairs, beach towels, a parasol and beach toys available.
There is also free use of internet (Fibre Optics) (100MB) and SAT UKTV, a 49 inch Smart TV and a DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, microwave, electric hob and oven, modern stainless steel extractor hood, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. The washing machine and boiler are located in a separate washing/ storage room.
The apartment comes with a secure, reserved underground parking space located in the same building.
Underground parking is advisable during the summer months as the car can become extremely hot when left out in the sun.

The apartment is located next to the Els Molins beach, one of the blue flag beaches of Las Marinas of Denia. The shallow waters and lifeguard presence during the summer season makes this perfect for bathers of all levels. For tasty tapas snacks and drinks, enjoy a short stroll along the beach to a nearby beach bar or "chiringuito". Or choose from the wide selection of casual and quality restaurants located directly on the seafront, 3 of which are a 5/10 minutes walk away and others are present along the 6km to Denia.
Other facilities nearby (10 to 15 minutes walk) include a large supermarket, a pharmacy, a bus stop to Denia (every 20 minutes during the summer months) and bars and cafes. In Denia's harbour area and old town there are many more facilities and dining possibilities available. Also, from Denia there are regular ferry crossings to Ibiza. (3 hours). For those who like to shop, there is a wide range of shops in Denia and there is also a large shopping centre 8km away.
Water sports are well catered for with a surfing school providing lessons and equipment just a few minutes walk along the beach. Boats, jet-ski, diving and snorkelling are all available in Denia.
Other sports are also readily available with 2 top golf courses and tennis clubs within 20 minutes by car. In addition horse riding is available and there are Vias Verdes, which are specially designated cycling / walking routes, nearby.
Denia is not just a summer destination, because of the exceptional mild climate and many hours of sunshine, it is possible to come to this region at any time of the year to enjoy these sports and leisure activities and to enjoy the many fiestas and events that Denia has to offer. To ensure the continuation of comfort during the cooler months, the air-co can be switched to heat and duvets and extra bed covers can be supplied if necessary.

Please also note that the apartment is on the top floor and shares this floor with only one other apartment and therefore the passing by of other guests is limited.
The cancellation policy has also been adjusted from moderated to relaxed to make it more flexible and to give greater peace of mind if cancellations become unavoidable.
