The Tosal Gros ST villa has one of the best views of the city, and it can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. Its spacious rooms and extensive garden will make this experience unforgettable days.
The plot where the house is located is distributed across different levels, interconnected by exterior stairs.
The entrance area for cars to the villa is located in the middle zone, where there is a spacious parking lot for 3 cars.
Going down the stairs, on the first level, you will find the barbecue area and the swimming pool, where you can enjoy unparalleled views while having fun in the water. In the house, there are loungers available for guests for their maximum comfort.
Going up the stairs we find the third floor, where the dwelling is located. Right upon entering, there is the entrance hall, which has a courtesy bathroom. From there, you access the living-dining room, with air conditioning, which offers impressive views of the city and the bay of Denia. In it, there is a fireplace and a door leading to the terrace. The flat-screen TV has satellite, so you can enjoy TV in several languages.
On the left hand side, passing the dining room, is the kitchen, fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, etc, and all the necessary kitchenware.
In front of her is the first of the rooms composed of two 90cm beds together, thus forming a double bed. It has a built-in wardrobe so they can store their belongings.
If we continue forward, we find a distributor with three doors. Crossing the first one, we find the second bedroom, which, like the previous one, has two 90 cm beds together and a wardrobe. Next to this door is a bathroom with a shower and toilet for gentlemen.
Lastly, we find the third and final room, consisting of a double room with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (with bathtub).
From this room, as well as from the kitchen and living room, you can access a terrace with panoramic views of the city and the sea. Additionally, from there you have access to a spiral staircase that leads to an upper terrace.
From the outside, we have access to the studio, composed of a spacious living room/dining room, two large bedrooms with air conditioning, and a bathroom. (The studio's living room does not have air conditioning).
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
