“Overall the property was perfect. Great location, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The only negative I can say is that the property is a duplex and that’s not mentioned in the listing. Overall great spot and would stay there again!”

“The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction……

“Our host, Elizabeth, was very responsive the entire stay, very available through texts with any questions. The home was even better than described. It was so welcoming when we arrived on a cold, windy winter night. It immediately felt warm and cozy. Everything we would need was provided. For us, the location was perfect as it was very close to the family we were visiting, but it is also a great location for Falmouth ih general. I would think the pool in the back yard would be great in the……

“This was our second time visiting the Cape, and once again we loved it! Rebecca was incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout our trip. We ran into a little trouble with the keypad, but Rebecca was very responsive and helped resolve it quickly. The stay was everything we needed: clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly. “This home was really cute and cozy! It was close to a lot of things. We took an uber everywhere and we usually didn’t have to wait long. We were here in early October. Bonnie is an outstanding host! She is very prompt to respond and very helpful. The nearby beaches are a must see, as is Chatham Pier! Downtown shopping is full of great shops! Everyone in the area was so very friendly! ”
