「We stayed at this house with three other couples for three nights. You can't find a better location in my opinion. The private beach with the view of the ocean from above was breathtaking. The gardens were well taken care of. And the house had all the charm of a traditional Cape cod cottage. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come back again」

「This house is so charming, and close to many fun things in Chatham! We were there over the 4th of July and got to see the parade go right by! We walked to get coffee and pastries daily, and the walk into town to go shopping was only minutes away!It didn’t bother us at all, but it is right next to a cemetery. 」

「This was my 1st visit to Cape Cod and loved the quaint town of Chatham. Loved the house and it's quaint furnishings and the beautiful and colorful hydrangeas in the front yard. Also loved the neighborhood and enjoyed taking my morning and evening walks. I would have preferred if the home was walking distance to Main St. in town, but I had a car and it was only a short drive. I will definitely recommend Lucky Number Seven to all my friends who ever plan a trip to Cape Cod and the town of Chatham」

「Centrally located for visiting the cape and very well maintained. This is a beautiful property and the owners have really gone above and beyond to make it an idyllic getaway. Owners were prompt in responding to questions and resolving issues. Note that there is just 1 full bath and 1 half bath, so would work best for a small family and may not be suitable for a larger group. 」

「Our family of 8 was so comfortable in this house. It was beautifully landscaped. Loved how private and cozy it felt. Definitely made use of the rail trail in the backyard. It was an easy walk down to Arnold’s for mini golf and ice cream. We had a couple runners in the house that also enjoyed the having a safe place to run. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was also so nice to have so many bath, beach, and swim towels provided. Huge plus! ...

「We arrived at our destination at Heart of Cape Cod to a log cabin, different in appearance from other properties in the area. What we found was an amazing home in a beautiful, private location on Lieutenant Island. As described, there has been nothing spared in providing every comfort and luxury in this home. The couches and beds were all so comfortable, the kitchen, with high end appliances and fixtures, had everything one would need. The house was fun to explore with with its amazing beamed...
