“On arrival greated by friendly couple. Room was clean and decorated nicely. Pretty Mural on wall and pretty bedspread. Room was small bud adequate for one person. The property was well maintained with pretty flower planters outside the rooms. Also nice chairs and tables outside the room. they offer coffee, bananas and some breakfast pastries in the morning. Location was very good. Right off the Parkway and less than five minutes down the road to Ocean City. Not a fancy place but really……

“Staff was good except the front desk staff-a little frazzled!! Guys on beach were great and Pool bar staff was great! It is time to replace the rusty beach chairs and the thread bare pool towels!!”

The staff is very courteous and friendly and go out of their way to help you. The hotel is clean and offers a free continental breakfast ( IIRC) as well. I have stayed at other hotels in the area, but this one is my top choice!”

“If you're looking for a bed that is a convenient walk to the boardwalk, then this is a solid place. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would keep looking. Our room's door was not sealed, the paint was peeling in many locations, the drywall tape in the bathroom was peeling off, one of the light fixtures did not turn on, there was sand on the floor prior to us going into the room, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned. Additionally, the microwave power surge button on the microwave was……

“The room was clean, AC was strong but noisy. There was a small kitchenette with a sink, a microwave and a refrigerator. One block from the boardwalk, but not noisy. A designated parking spot is fantastic. The beds were comfortable. Now for the less desirable features...The bath towels were almost see-through, the toilet paper was the thinest ply we've ever seen ( this seems like a nit-picky thing, but it literally deteriorated when I used it as a tissue)!
