I've stayed at this property many times before. It is what it is; a reasonably priced hotel that has the basic needs. However, this last stay was horrible! We stayed 3 nights and never received towels. Every time I asked they needed to be dried. ??? But what makes this visit my last at this hotel was the desk clerk on duty two of the three nights. He was so incredibly unprofessional and rude. He was yelling and using the f word at someone on the phone in front of guests. Also, he confronted me in front of another guest about a comment my daughter made to me (not in front of any guests) about the breakfast. He escalated the situation and said he was going to call the police. I'm not sure why or what they would do; i was talking, he was the one yelling and out of control. His actions were inappropriate. That was enough. I'm done

It was a pretty bad experience. There's a lot of noise. The bed really, really sucks got up about 3 or 4 times in the middle of the night cause it was so uncomfortable. My wife basically wanted to leave early. We didn't wait for checkout. I would not recommend this property to any of my friends ever. At homeless people. Hanging out the front. It was not worth the money and I spent for it

Close to red rocks which is the reason we stayed. They apparently offer a shuttle servuce to and from the venue that we were unaware of but we would stay again to utilize that next time. Large rooms and beds. Adequate if you are looking for a cheap option to stay a night or two. Check out time is 11:00am. However, we asked for a late checkout (noon) and were woken up by a loud knock and a staff member opening our door at 10:54 am. There's no reason to do that before regular check-out time AND we were granted permission to stay until noon. I would understand if we overstayed but we did not. I hope that does not happen again and will chalk it up to a possible miscommunication. Will stay here again!

This property would need substantial upgrades to be considered a dump. Obviously, it has been heavily renovated since the Baymont signage went up, but it is clearly just a dumpy old motel in the line of a Super 8 or Americas Best Value Inn. Beds were uncomfortable, had old, low quality, tiny pillows on them, and no actual blankets. Air conditioner rattled constantly. Toilet seat was barely on the toilet, which ran pretty much all the time. Through our 5 day stay, we never saw clean towels or had our trash emptied. There were squatters in RV's living in the parking lot, and sketchy people lurking around the lobby all the time. We were awakened at 7 am Saturday morning by a shop vac powered by a jet engine and several staff shouting to each other as they cleaned a flood in the neighboring rooms. Walls were paper thin and our neighbor coughed like he had tuberculosis all night. The pool area was fine, and our kids really enjoyed it. Also, the woman running the breakfast buffet (such as it was) was really nice and attentive, and did her very best to improve our stay.

The staff and manager was great! Very helpful. I did notice that the window sill, bathroom trim around mirror back-splash was coated with a grim buildup, and tv remote was dirty. Parking lot hard to access off freeway. I called a day early to ask about small dog staying and manager said ok. When I checked in, receptionist said only service dogs! Pictures on line looked like a nice place. Walls were dirty in bathroom by light switch and patched up holes in room area. Ran down felt like a motel 6. Glad I only needed a room for a drunken night. From bar down the street. And front desk guy was rude and made us give a 100 deposit for incidentals. Which we didn't use anything but room. Breakfast was sad. Only cereal and honey buns and stale coffee tasted burnt. Will not recommend or stay here again.

Believe the bad reviews. Room was horrible. Bedding was wrinkled and dirty. 12x12 foam rubber ‘pillows’ covered with stained cases. Filthy sofa. Hairs in the bathroom. Worst of all was the overwhelming stench that made me want to puke. Left after five minutes online with Expedia to refund my stay. Presently in the Sheraton down the street. Lovely, clean and smells great.

If you have asthma or like oxygen at all dont stay here. The smell of cologne and cigarette smoke was so strong it made my eyes water and Im usually not sensitive to that stuff. Sheets were stained. There were no pool towels. When i asked the front desk for some they said they didnt have any and said I had towels in my room. When i stated that I only had two towels in my room and that there were 4 of us, he said they didnt have regular towels either. The people loitering outside made it feel less than safe. Splatters of something was all down the walls. Just generally and icky experience. Ive stayed in plenty of cheap hotels before but this wasnt at all what I was expecting.

Basic older off highway room. Can definitely tell it needs the work being done to it. No need for details of things they are working on. Sheets were clean, towels did not stink, and the ladies at the desk were nice. If you decide to utilize the "shuttle service" for an outing, make sure you have a back up plan to get home!! I didn’t end up staying here. When I went to check I was told they didn’t have the room I reserved available and that the only room they had was double the price so I asked her to cancel my reservation and went across the street.

Staff were rude other than a housekeeping woman who could speak English and the breakfast person, water coming up through floor that staff would not address, out of supplies and told me to go get from another hotel, didnt clean room or resupply towels oranything, very poor hotel.

No washcloths in rooms Mold around tub Yellow mildew on ceilings Tub didn’t drain Paid online yet was charged an additional fee for incidentals. Gal at check in was rude. Sheets r stained, couch had stains. Gentleman at checkout was kind!!!

body wash and hair conditioner containers too low to pump out ( in both rooms ) lights burned out . and I saw one baby cockroach. There is no protein served at this breakfast.
