Welcome to our chic, freshly-built home, ideally situated for your Colorado getaway, whether you're exploring Denver, Colorado Springs, or the majestic mountain landscapes. Nestled near Castle Rock's premier outlet malls, you can easily indulge in a leisurely shopping spree or a casual stroll. This home serves as an idyllic starting point for all your outdoor escapades, whether it's hiking, skiing, zip-lining, or biking.

This listing offers a private bedroom, providing ample space for relaxation and privacy. You'll also have access to our expansive living area and kitchen, perfect for socializing or preparing meals together. Additionally, our accommodations include shared access to a spacious laundry area, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

Goutham has a very pleasant house in a quiet neighborhood that offers you a opportunity to get away from the busy, noisy, and impersonal environment of a hotel, which was my main objective in choosing this rental. Google maps led me right to the site which is just minutes away from the two major exits for I-25 at Castle Rock, and close to shopping areas and restaurants. I found the bed to be quite comfortable and the entire house to be modern and emmaculately clean. Goutham is a terrific host, very conscientious and respectful, but not over-bearing. He will be eager to make your stay for 1-2 adult guests enjoyable and effortless. I highly recommend this Vrbo site for a quick overnight stay, or an extended period of time in the Castle Rock area.

I had a wonderful stay. The room/home was comfortable & inviting. The neighborhood was quite and the host was attentive and welcoming. I will definitely return if the dates work in our favor.
