Perfect for Our Needs

This property was perfect for our needs. We were in Denver for a wedding with two of our grown children and their spouses. The property allowed us ample room for the six of us. We especially enjoyed that we were within walking distance of the wedding venues. This was especially nice since two of the couples flew in and we only had one car between all of us. Beds were comfortable and the building was quiet. If I had to point out one thing missing, I would have loved to have a Keurig for convenience.

Great stay for some great memories!

Love this property. The unit sleeps 6, but you need to share beds. That said, there was more than enough space in the common area. Great folks in the building and great area. We got in an uber once, and that’s because we were running late to a dinner reservation as a result of a delayed flight. Effortless is a great group and looking forward to our return. Thanks!

Upscale Downtown Denver Condo

This was our favorite Vrbo rental out of dozens. The location is perfect for Hockey, Baseball, museums and dining. Parking is easy, off street and always there! The unit is well appointed, well stocked and has more amenities than listed! The gym is more than adequate with tennis, basketball and outdoor walking track. The owner is easy to reach and helpful. We had up to nine adults watching football comfortably. It was hard to leave this property. Do yourself a favor and book this condo for your downtown Denver stay.
