Great staff they really made my stay special! The restaurants food was great and the cookies are always bonus. Neighborhood is a bit sketch which why you pay $15 for secure parking.

My first time in that part of Denver. The room was clean. When I took a shower. A plate that is in the tub fell off. When they re-tiled the shower area. Some of the tile was not grouted completely. I do like how quiet it was. I liked that.

It’s ok. It’s a Double Tree, but it does leave a bit to be desired. It’s really dated (they’re currently redoing parts of it). The pillows suck and made my neck and back hurt. The price was good, which is why I picked this location, but if you can swing an extra $15 per night to stay somewhere else, it’ll probably be worth it.

The 1st morning the tube/shower backed up with brown water before I got to shower. They let me shower in another room. The 2nd morning the same thing happened. I didn't get to shower. Before I checked out. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Not bad but not great.
Great price and location. Has a wonderful cafe that serves starbucks. However, the hotel is really dated and starting to fall apart. Water pressure is also poor. I still recommend the hotel but if you want a bit more of that pampered feel, go elsewhere.
