Great location! Close to lots of great bars and restaurants, great food scene nearby, and also within walking distance to comedy clubs - made for a very fun weekend!

We loved it! Good location. The AC was marvelous, layout very cool. And the roof was a nice spot for all the local fireworks. Had fun!

Lovely loft close to good food and drink
We enjoyed our stay in mid-April. Dillon our host supplied us with suggestions on where to find good places to eat nearby - plenty of great options within walking distance.
Great price for the amount of space and the loft was spotless.

The property not just looked clean, it felt clean. It was very comfortable. And we all appreciated the quality of the paper products - paper towel, toilet paper, facial tissues. The amenities were perfect. And we were really happy with the location -- very walkable. Lots of great establishments were within walking distance.

Amazing Loft!
This is a very cool loft. We had a great time. Everything is clean, the check-in/check-out process was very smooth and the communication with the property manager was excellent. Would definitely recommend if you're headed to Denver! Thanks again!

3 days in Denver by Canadians
Perfect for physically capable guests. There are lots of stairs as there are 3 stories. But the stairs add to the industrial loft design. The host was very nice and very helpful.

The place is beautiful and immaculate. Awesome decorating as well.Dillion the host is A in every way possible. We had a little unexpected illness which we had to stay longer for and Dillion could not have been more accommodating to the point he actually found us another accommodation for the extra three nights !! Would definitely stay again !!Anita

The apartment is in an area undergoing regentrification. There are a lot of great restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. There are homeless people in the area, as well as several homeless shelters. We didn't have any issues on our trip, but it is prevelent. Dillon is friendly and provided suggestions for nearby restaurants/bars which were great. We were three couples for the stay and everyone was comfortable in their room. Only request would be additional furniture in the main room and on the upstairs balcony to help accomodate parties of 6 or more. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and location.
