However, it`s a great introduction to minimal and tiny house living, and has all of your necessities covered and more!
You have private access to the entire unit. You have your own free, private parking space directly in front of the unit.
You are in the heart of Olde Town Arvada with this location. Just across the street, you`ll find little cafés and shops to have brunch or lunch and do some window shopping.
Continue on your journey down the street and you can catch the light rail to downtown Denver, Denver International Airport, and more. Or, you can continue walking around Olde Town Arvada and you`ll find a variety of restaurants serving everything from seafood, pizza, ramen, tacos, vegan food, and more.
There is a winery, a seltzery, breweries, and other nightlife with live music and laid-back vibes. Enjoy the pedestrian walking street with tables and chairs and games.
It`s a historic little neighborhood, and you may also want to take a day to do a walking tour. There are plaques set up throughout Olde Town detailing the rich history of the buildings and areas around the town.
You can walk the length of Olde Town Arvada from this location in about 10 minutes. Getting around on foot is the best way to enjoy this area, and you will have a free parking space in front of your unit.
There is also free street parking around Olde Town. Some areas have a 2-hour limit, others have a 4-hour limit.
The G Line Olde Town Arvada light rail stop is a 3-minute walk from the unit where you`ll be able to travel along the Denver metro area.
We follow the standards of enhanced cleaning with our 5-step cleaning process (sanitize surfaces, use approved products, thoroughly clean, wear a mask and gloves, wash all linens).

Noise
The city of Arvada has noise control laws. In most areas, noise control standards are lower (quieter) from 9pm-7am. Our neighbors are also important to us and we want to be respectful of noise levels in and around the space.
Damages
We have a crew that comes through almost immediately after you check out. If they find damage, they will take pictures and we will draw the cost of repair or replacement from your security deposit, the credit card number provided during the time of your booking, or through insurance purchased by you for accidental damage.
We ask you, sincerely, to please treat our home with respect. We, and our owners, work really hard to make sure everyone has a great stay. If you can be kind to your rental, it is greatly appreciated.
We understand that sometimes, things happen. Most of the time, when we are made aware of the situation up-front, we can get it sorted out and it is not a big deal. So please, don`t surprise us. If you break something, just let us know. Easy.
Guest Requirements
We expect that, if we were to drop by, (which sometimes happens - we like to say `hi` and meet our guests!) we would find only the guests we expect to have at the property. That meas that the primary renter is always over the age of 21, there are no outside, unapproved events, and there aren`t 10 people if we only have 2 listed on the reservation.
Smoking
All of our units are strictly non-smoking. That means all kinds. If there is any evidence (and we have systems in place to know) that indicate smoking, or illicit drug use, the primary renter will be liable for a $500 additional cleaning fee. Pets
We do not allow pets in this unit. If we find evidence (and we have systems in place to know) that you have brought a pet to this unit, the primary renter will be liable for a $500 additional cleaning fee.
Furnishings
We want you to be able to enjoy the space in the way it works best for you, but please; if you plan to move something from one room to another, or one part of the room to another part of the room, put it back.
