It is also centrally located for the School of Mines and a 10 minute drive to the iconic Red Rocks!

One of the best features is the incredibly spacious patio where you can sit back and relax or grill dinner while enjoying a beverage and taking in the great mountain views.
The studio has a queen bed situated behind the comfortable living room set up with Smart TV. Guests will also have access to a reserved parking spot and there is an elevator in the building to easily access the condo.

Our cleaners are working very hard to safely sanitize the home between stays. If there is a group checking out the day of your arrival, for cleaning purposes your check in time will be 4pm. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in (fee may apply) or dropping of luggage per request.
We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you'd like, but we are only a message or call away. Also, we live 10 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed.
-There is a minimum age limit of 21 to rent the home
-Smoking is NOT allowed indoors
-Pets are NOT allowed by the building. If a pet is brought into the home, unfortunately the reservation will have to be ended.
-No events or parties allowed
-There are neighbors, please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM
