Nice property close to downtown. We enjoyed the rooftop deck as well. The parking garage space is a bit difficult to maneuver and the alternative parking is on a pretty busy street, but overall a great place.

Great location

Perfect place for a 2 couple stay for a Red Rocks concert. Great location to getting to concert and for walking to town. All restaurants and stores close by. Highly recommend.

Perfect home base for walkers

We found the perfect walkable home base for our short vacation and red rocks concert. Short drive to do many activities and walkable to countless shops, restaurants and pubs. The three story layout works great for privacy and comfort. Very nicely appointed kitchen, just a few minor issues with loose bathroom fixtures and lack of low table at the couch. Otherwise, these accommodations were absolutely perfect for an active group. Hosts communicated well and were very helpful, good recommendations. Very happy with our stay and would love to return for our next concert!!

Comfortable Townhouse

Modern, multi level townhouse with comfortable bedrooms and new Kitchen Aid appliances. Highlight is definitely the great rooftop space, which has plenty of seating, a Weber gas grill, and fantastic views of the Golden area. Stefan kept us well informed and provided plenty of information about local restaurants, hikes, etc.

Walkable location

I was there for the graduation at Mines. The weather cooperated enough that made this location easily walkable to campus and all of downtown Golden. They had an accessible garage if you come in a car. We used it a few times with my sons vehicle. Everything was super clean and had all we needed for our stay.

We loved this property. The location was perfect. A quick walk to fun, downtown Golden. We didn't do much cooking but there was plenty of kitchen items if we had decided to. The beds were very comfortable. We found the place to be spic and span when we arrived. We love going up on the roof deck to see the sunset in the evenings. The views from up there are just stunning. Great place.

This is a very well located, well furnished, comfortable unit in Golden. Easy walk to everything in downtown with easy access to everything else. Beautiful rooftop patio with 365• views. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location in Golden!

Excellent location

Son at Mines and short walk downtown, to campus and hike up South Table Mountain all from unit. Unit as described. Couple comments, parking in garage is very tight if you have a large vehicle, which we did. Furniture in unit is very sparse. Beds were comfortable and rooftop views were excellent.

Great stay in Golden

We were in town for a show at Red Rocks and really enjoyed the place. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop in the evening. Parking was easy and checking in and out was seamless. Thanks for an excellent stay!

CO School of Mines

We stayed for 2 nights at this condo while dropping our son off for freshman year at CO School of Mines. The location was a block from the campus, walkable distance from downtown and a perfect place to serve our needs. We stored our mtn bikes securely in the garage. The owner communicated well, it was very clean and had super comfortable beds. The kitchen was clean and had everything we would have needed had we decided to stay in for meals. The rooftop patio was a plus. We were very happy with this VRBO and will try to stay here again on future visits. Thank you!

Amazingly clean, new, and high end property. Fantastic location, super cool private rooftop, and a great private garage to park in as well. Easy access to property, and conveniently close to Red Rocks!

Couples weekend

Great location and clean! Took in a concert at Red Rocks, hiked, electric biked, shopped and went bar hopping in Golden. Great time was had by all. Loved that both rooms had their own bathroom. Roof top patio was enjoyable! Although, not recommended if you have trouble with stairs.
