My husband and I loved the location and the room was nice but we stayed 4 nights and was only provided 1 towel per person. When I asked for 1 additional towel for each of us we were told no and we would be charged for clean towels. If you stay more than a couple nights clean linens should be included.

Great spot, easy walking to Pepsi Center, downtown stuff. Pet friendly a plus. Don’t forget to do all the sign in virtually as there is t a front desk. The closest garage is 40-60 bucks to park overnight so be aware of that.

This hotel is one of a kind. The rooms are studio apartment style in the perfect location with access to everything. Room was well equipped and felt like home at the end of the day. I would recommend the 4th floor rooms to avoid nightclub noise and be prepared to walk up stairs to access the higher floors.

Very happy with my stay. Great communication made arrangements and questions easy to handle. The room was spotless and offered an understated atmosphere of simplicity and spaciousness. Host gave me heads-up that there might be some eve noise, which I appreciated, but the night was quiet. And terrific location already booked for next stay.

The location is amazing getting in is a little bit complicated, but we figured it out. The stairwell and front entry are on a lighting timer, which was a little bit delayed making it difficult to enter the code to get in the front door as well as the unit door, there were lots of mini bar and additional items for purchase however, there is not many outlets nor USB for charging so remember to pack your block and or charging cords. Also there wasn’t many towels so I recommend asking for a few ahead of time if you’re someone that likes a hair towel and a body towel! The online customer service was decent as well as 800 number when we were able to get in. Also, because it is an older building, the water takes a little bit of time to get hot so if you’re rushing out the door plan accordingly!

Very noisy. Be aware there is a very busy bar/club on the first floor. Would not stay in the 2-3 floor as it is impossible to sleep. They do provide ear plugs. The outside appears kinda dirty bc of the remnants of the busy club on the ground level. Staff was very helpful when I called to get access code. Great location Would only stay if you are truly just using the room to sleep (on the top floors only), but not a good space to relax.

Three nights of disrupted sleep during a five-night stay. Around midnight, water leaked from the ceiling near my bed into the AC unit. No staff attended overnight, and no alternative room or accommodation was provided. Repairs were completed later that day. On two other nights, music and vibrations from the downstairs bar continued until approximately 2 a.m., followed by noise from people leaving. Management acknowledged the overnight disruption but declined my refund request for the leak-affected night. The experience and handling of my concerns were disappointing.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. No elevator, bed frame was broken, charged us twice for some weird fee. Great location, but don’t expect more than some shotty renovations on a really old building. Should be classed as a hostel for $50/night.

As a woman traveling alone, I was a little uncomfortable with the experience. There is no lobby, and you enter into a hallway staircase. Then someone calls you and gives you your room number. It was a little creepy getting there at 11 PM at night. I did reach out to the staff as I was confused by the entire experience and they were very helpful. The room was not bad, but could definitely use some maintenance. I would stay again, if there was someone staying with me or in the same hotel that I knew.

Great location, very comfortable room. The only downside is that there is no elevator and you have to climb fairly steep stairs with your luggage. This is information which should be clear to travelers up front, since some will not be able to do that.

Save your money! No elevators, narrow staircase, rooms smell of cumin and feet mixture. Be prepared to pay for hourly parking. Bathroom and bedroom are separated by a flimsy shower curtain, no privacy. This place gives room by the hour vibes. Completely unacceptable!
