On property "store" for late night snacks or late arrivals. Friendly staff. Filtered water fountains to refill your water bottles. For the price, breakfast should have been included.

The shuttle from the air port was so convenient. The hotel was clean the breakfast was a 10 out of 10. The service was a 10 out of 10 every one was so kind and helpful.

The property is not near the airport. It’s a 30 min shuttle drive and you have to wait for at least that time because they won’t actually call the shuttle for you unless you are at the pickup location when you call. The pool was out of a service which bummed out my kids. Luckily we only stayed one night

No apparent effort to clear snow and ice from entry door of the property. Water in shower took almost 10 minutes to get to a lukewarm temperature.

Very average hotel. Much dingier and dirtier than any other Hilton Garden Inn I've stayed at. My flight arrived late and the front doors of the hotel were locked when I got there.

comfy room - don't get a room that adjoins another
The connecting room door left us a bit disappointed with our stay. It was as if the door was open and we could hear everything going on in the adjoining room. ALSO - we were hoping to watch a nationally televised football game - but the hotel didn't subscribe to NBC!!! Disappointing. OTHER THAN THOSE 2 THINGS - it was a really comfy room.
