Clean and Comfortable!

This was a great place to stay! Comfortable bed, nice big towels, quiet and a good location. Owners were very helpful with questions. I would stay here again!

Lake Arbor VRBO

This is a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. It doesn’t really have a kitchen nor any extras but it was a good place to sleep and Lake Arbor is really close by which is awesome to walk around.

Great place

This is my first time to the Denver area. The VRBO was exactly like the listing. Bed was comfortable. Everything you could possibly need, besides the Kleenex box, was there. Contact with the property manager was absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Great offstreet parking. Walking distance to grocery store, coffee shop, etc.

Great affordable Place to stay.

My husband and I came to CO to see a show at the Red Rocks and we visited a few surrounding areas. This studio seemed to be 20 minutes from everything. It was easy to get to and from the place. The studio was clean and the hosts were kind and responsive to our questions. This place is in the middle of a residential neighborhood so it was not a place we wanted to lounge and hang out at; however, it was a good, affordable and practical place to stay for us and explore the surrounding areas.

A "little" Gem

This is a perfect studio. It is nicely redone. Clean. Has all the amenities. Great location-restaurants, groceries all close by. (walking distance to some). Easy access to interstate. There is road noise- in case you are a light sleeper. Communication with the host outstanding.

Just right!

This property was just the right size for my husband and I while in Arvada visiting family. The space was clean and the linens and towels had a nice fresh scent. Kitchen was well appointed with appliances and dishes, pans etc. Fridge was smaller than most VRBO's but did the job as we only had a few beverages and coffee creamer to put in it since we did not eat lunch or dinner there. Shower pressure was outstanding. We would definitely stay again if the need ever comes up. One side note to Justin and Megan....as a female it would be lovely to have one more mirror, (perhaps over the kitchen sink) to utilize while the bathroom is in use. Thanks for everything.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying here for the week! It’s decorated so cute and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy, ac worked great. The location is great, not too far to the Boulder area and the mountains. Brandon and Megan are great hosts!

Loved staying there and it was close to everything I needed. Sometimes the sound from the unit next to me would bleed in but not enough to bother me. Quiet neighborhood as well.
