We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. The garage is temporarily closed off to guests. There are two closets upstairs that you will not have access to. Additionally, the 2nd door to the laundry room is locked because of a low ceiling that we don’t want you to hit your head on. You can still access the full laundry room from the door off the game room.

This spacious 4-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with two bathrooms. On the main floor, two large bedrooms feature king beds and warm natural light. Downstairs, a cozy queen room and a playful bunk room with twin beds offer inviting spaces for family or friends. Every bed is topped with a memory foam mattress and dressed in fresh linens with extra pillows and room-darkening shades for restful sleep.
Living & entertainment spaces
You’ll find two family rooms to unwind and recharge—one upstairs and one downstairs—each with comfortable seating and Smart TVs for streaming movie nights. The lower-level game room adds a touch of fun, complete with foosball, board games, and a card table for easy evenings indoors. A nearby reading nook with a fireplace invites quiet moments, while fast Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection keep you connected.
Kitchen & dining
At the heart of the home, an open-concept kitchen brings everyone together. Cook your favorite meals using the full suite of appliances, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The breakfast nook is ideal for a quick bite, and the dining table seats up to 12, perfect for sharing meals or planning the next day’s Denver adventures. There’s free parking in the driveway for up to four cars and additional free street parking. Guests enter through a private entrance for added convenience.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
