Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is in a fantastic location—right in the Baker District and just minutes from downtown Denver. It’s an easy walk to Broadway, where you'll find great restaurants, coffee shops, and donut spots. The house is ideal for multiple families and pet-friendly, with a spacious front and backyard. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Great location and neighborhood for girls’ trip

We had an amazing visit here, and would definitely return! Great location, nice space for a group gathering with multiple bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Easy access to highway while also being in a walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants. Parking was on the street in front, but typically easy to find space. Outdoor space was promising but could use some attention- weeds were overgrown in the backyard. Freezer needs to be defrosted. Thanks for hosting our hiking/Red Rocks fun girls’ getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a cute place to stay and accommodated our family nicely. It was fairly clean, some areas could use a little bit more work. I found it strange and inconvenient that the bathrooms had no towel racks. I had to use door knobs or hang over cabinet doors. Don't get that. The layout was useful. The yard was a bit mangy. Had expected it to be nice to sit outside, it was just ok.

Way better than expected

We were very impressed with the house! Plenty of room for all six of us, nice backyard, covered first and second floor porches, great kitchen, and very comfortable. Nice neighborhood with a couple of great restaurants within walking distance.
