Just 5 blocks from scenic Cheesman Park and within walking distance of a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and attractions. The unbeatable location is just one of the many perks of the apartment, where heading to downtown Denver is a breeze via scooter, bike, or public transportation.

The cozy apartment is equipped with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Unwind by the warm glow of our ambient fireplace (candle use only), and take advantage of our family-friendly features, including a pack-and-play crib, baby gate, and high chair that are available upon request.

The Capitol Hill neighborhood offers a vibrant mix of arts, culture, and entertainment. This home is pet-friendly! We understand that pets are part of the family, and thus, we welcome well-behaved dogs to join your vacation. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet. Upon request, we provide a dog crate and bowls for your furry friend's comfort. To maintain cleanliness and ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that dogs be supervised or confined in the crate when left alone. Additionally, we request that dogs refrain from climbing onto furniture.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Let me start by saying that we did enjoy our stay at this unit. It was nicely decorated and conveniently located in a very walkable neighborhood. Grocery shopping, parks, restaurants are all within walking distance. Most important to me, it was close to my son, which was the whole reason for the visit. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room couch was comfy. I do feel there are some things that should be listed in the description of the property that might help others make a more informed decision. The property does have parking in the back-alley way but there is not direct access to that parking. You have to walk around 2 alley lanes to get to the front of the house. Not too bad of walk but it can make loading/unloading your car a little difficult if there’s no street parking. You can park on the street but we were hesitant to do that since my husband witnessed someone drive by and knock off someone’s side mirror on their car and not even stop. It was also indicated that the unit does have heating/air but there is no actual thermostat in the unit. It is controlled by the owner upstairs. So, you have to reach out the property management company if you need the temperature adjusted so they can reach out to the owner. It did seem a little strange that the only access to the unit was via the neighbor’s sidewalk. We were greeted by angry and somewhat surprised looks from the residents of the other property when we had to walk up their steps and sidewalk.

It was a great place for us. I would stay here again. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars was due to the parking. We got a ticket for parking on the side of the road. The street sign that indicates the day for street sweepers is totally hidden directly behind a tree. Therefore, as a visitor to the area, we had no idea about the rule. My husband took pictures and is disputing the ticket. Otherwise, it's a great place and we enjoyed our stay. Would like to have met the fur baby that lives upstairs :) We smiled and giggled every time we heard the little paws or the ball drop on the floor/ceiling. Lol

The apartment was very nice and the location is excellent. However, I did not realize that it was under the house in a basement, not in the house. There is a fenced in area you have access to get to the unit. There is dog poop all over, very tricky to navigate at night.

We have stayed at several VRBOs in the Denver CapHill area over the past few years, and this one is so far our favorite. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, nice amenities, perfect for walking, and the little pups to greet us was a fun addition.
