The location of the property was perfect. Close to everything downtown and some great restaurants just downstairs. Walking distance to Union Station which made getting to Empower Stadium super easy and was able to avoid traffic. Will definitely stay here again when back in Denver.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PH condo. We enjoyed walking around the city, and the condo was very convenient to everything! Jess was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We will definitely come back!
The location was amazing making it easy to navigate downtown or travel out. Jess was so communicative before we arrived so we had zero issues parking or getting into the unit.
We enjoyed our stay! Place was exactly like the pictures showed in a great location, nice views, with plenty of space, was very clean, the comfy was bed, large bathroom, convenient to some eateries, park, etc. Having access to a parking garage was very nice too. Communication was easy. If ever going back to the area or if friends were visiting, I would highly recommend this VRBO.
The condo was wonderful, wall of windows facing west so you can see the Foothills and overlook the lights of the city by the confluence. Well appointed comfortable furnishings and everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars, attractions and grocery stores and a nice park across the street. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to Denver!
My spouse and I had a perfect stay at Jess’s condo. It was easy to find, had great parking, and the location made it walkable to everything we needed. The space was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Jess is a fantastic communicator and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.
We took the train and the condo is just a couple of blocks away. Quick walk to everything in downtown, including Coors Field and the basketball/football places too. Dozens of great restaurants, Whole Foods right there, and very safe.The condo itself was spotless and very high end. Nice sheets/towels, kitchen appliances etc.Tons of space for two. Nice view from the balcony of the arena and stadium, mountains, and a BBQ out there. Host was easy to contact and helpful.Guaranteed will be back.

Great location! Walking distance to so many restaurants and activities. We walked to Coors field for a Rockies game with our 10 month old, as well as the aquarium. Really clean, and stocked with all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend!
The location was Fantastic and allowed us walking access to all the sights we enjoyed from Union Station to The Ball Arena. Jess’s place was stocked with all the amenities and the views from the balcony were Amazing. My husband and I didn’t want to leave! I can’t wait for our next trip to Denver as I know exactly where I will be staying:)
