Perfect location for your Denver area stay! 10 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from the mountains! Recently renovated 2 bed 2 bath condo. Walking distance to Sloan's Lake, Edgewater Market and Edgewater Beer Garden. This unit is well equipped with all the amenities that will make for an easy stay. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Make this your home base while you enjoy everything that Colorado has to offer! Please note that this unit has 3 portable AC units.

Conveniently located near the things we wanted to see and do. Enjoyed the Edgewater Public Market for a casual dinner. Lots of families with kids there. Meow Wolf Art experience was a short drive away and really interesting. Also walked around Sloan Lake. The condo was reasonable, but the kitchen needed some more things to make it functional. (I gave the host a list, hopefully it will be augmented.) Also note that it is on the second floor so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

We chose this place because we were going to a Denver Broncos game. The location was centralized. It was perfect distance from the stadium. There was plenty of restaurants. Great communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

Nice walk to Sloan's Lake and Edgewater Market. Driving downtown and to Boulder was easy and convenient. The condo was clean and comfortable. The host was prompt in responding to questions. We had a great time in Denver.

Close to downtown Denver

This place looks just like the pictures and description is accurate. The owner was great and responded promptly to my questions. The exterior of the building is in need of repairs and it’s not the best part of town. It’s close to Denver though so it’s a trade off. We did have some dogs barking and people yelling and making noise over the weekend

Check neighborhood safety score

I would highly recommend checking the neighborhood safety score before booking this property. I was woken up at 3:00am Sunday morning by yelling in the parking lot (not the first occasion). When I looked out the window, I saw 5 homeless people roaming the parking lot. I couldn’t fall back asleep after this from worrying our car would be broken into. The neighbors were out drinking, smoking marijuana, and left garbage outside. The place smelled like cigarettes and marijuana from the window AC unit bringing the smell from outside indoors. The upstairs bedroom lock was not usable because the lock was on the outside of the door. The host was great and the property itself was clean, however I did not feel safe in this location. I feel like the description of the property location was misleading.

Sloan lake stay

Very satisfied with property and stay. Room was clean, large room with large bathroom and closet. Outside of complex was somewhat dated and could use sprucing up. But for the price, was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for

The location is perfect for those coming to visit Denver. A short distance to downtown, but still far enough away to not be dangerous as some areas can be. Cody was super nice and down to earth! Would love to stay again.
