Private basement apartment in my single family home in Morrison, 10 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater.

Entrance through house front door with basement steps right next to the door. Quiet, safe, locked and secure space.

Living area with pullout couch, lift top coffee table, 55' Roku streaming TV, dining table, and kitchenette with microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and sweetener assortment, and mini fridge.

Bedroom with closet space, King bed, dresser, 32' Roku streaming TV, and charging stations on nightstands.

Attached private bathroom with dual head shower, towels, toiletries.

There are 2 cats on the premises that stay in the host's private area. Guests may encounter them when entering and exiting the space.

Upstairs and living room area on main floor is off limits to guests. These are my private areas. Please be mindful of my 2 cats.
No guests other than those are booking the space. You may add an additional guest during your stay for a fee of $50.

Seamless experience - parking, access and unit instructions were clear and concise. The basement suite was perfect for two of us and had all the things we needed plus some. Grocery, fast food and non fast food were all within a 10min drive and we made it to the upper north lot of Red Rocks in 15min which included several minutes stopped to watch deer cross. We really appreciated the house kitties who welcomed us - great stay, great experience.

I felt like I was staying with a friend. Super chill. Its perfect for anyone passing thru. Jeff opened his home to me for 5 days. I was able to wash n dry my clothes. There is a small fridge, microwave and any type of coffee you can think of! Thank you Jeff

Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!

We had a great stay at this apartment near Red Rocks! The place was clean, easy to access, and in a quiet suburban area with quick access to shopping, restaurants, and highways. The host was friendly and responsive, though our interactions were minimal. Bonus: there’s a super sweet cat on-site that made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!

A good quiet basement in a good location, especially for Red Rocks. Host was friendly and had a smooth check in peocess. Would definitely book again if i came back for another show at Red Rocks

Might be acceptable for 1-2 night stay for easy drive to Red Rocks. Entrance is not private. Cats in house-wanted in basement when owner was out. Yard was unkept. Killed several spiders in bathroom. Someone other than owner was in house one day. Loud “discussion” between two people in house while we were there. We left a day early and found other accommodations.
