Justin is a great host. The condo is well stocked and very clean. The location was within a 10 minute walk to Mile High Stadium.

Close to Empower Field

Great property, perfect location for our father son Steeler trip! 5 minute walk to Empower field. Clean, new well maintained condo with an awesome rooftop patio with a large hot tub and great views all around. Great communication with the owner as well, top notch stay!

Excellent Location

My boyfriend and I came to Denver for a concert at Empower Field at Mile High. We were within walking distance of the stadium, which was wonderful! Close to downtown. Lovely park right across the street. The townhouse itself was very comfortable. This is a great place to stay in you’re in Denver.

Fantastic location and view. Very home-like vibe. Really enjoyed the comfort and amount of space inside the home. However, I didn't realize there were so many stairs so I definitely didn't miss leg day at the gym 😅😅 but overall a fantastic place to stay.

Just perfect!

What a wonderful place! Clean, Spacious, Cozy and safe! Attached parking on the lower level. Middle level is the family room/ dining room and large kitchen. Both bedrooms were very comfortable with attached bathrooms! The upper deck area with hot tub was super relaxing. With a nice BBQ . There’s a very large park directly across the street and the local food and brewery’s were excellent! This is our new go to place to stay when we visit Denver! Thanks for everything!

Great Stay in Denver

This property was a treat to stay in. Inviting, modern, clean, fun. Loved the balconies to look out at the park, kitchen had everything we could need, friendly walking neighborhood, great communication from host, simple clean-up/check-out process. We stayed for a concert downtown and this neighborhood was great for a quick Uber ride to downtown Denver. Our only suggestion would be a mattress topper on the spare bedroom mattress as it could be considered very firm to some guests. We had a wonderful time and felt right at home! Thank you Justin!

Great Place to stay and relax in the hot Tub

Great place next to the Mile High! Hot Tub on roff top and was well maintained. Beds and bathroom are nice. I wish the pull out was better as it has a lean to it when pulled out. Walking distance to brew pub and stores.

We had an amazing stay at Justin’s property. He sent us great recommendations and thorough instructions for everything related to our stay. He was very communicative as well. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a quick ride to downtown Denver! Definitely recommend booking!

Great location

We had a great time utilizing the house for a girls trip. Good location to explore neighborhood restaurants, and have a home base while visiting other areas in Colorado. The roof top space was perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or at the end of the day with a soak in the hot tub. The garage parking was a bonus too. Host was very responsive.

Great home base to explore Denver area

We stayed here so my son could check out DU and CU Boulder. It was a great location to be able to get to the schools and other fun things (hikes, downtown, restaurants) in the area without any hassle. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable with some good, casual restaurants nearby. Parking in the garage is easy (for one car) and secure. The house is very clean and in great condition. With the two bedrooms and bathrooms it was perfect for my wife and I plus our son. The hot tub on the roof and view of the city at night was a bonus. Check in was simple and easy. Overall, a great stay.

Loved our stay. Clean, well stocked and neat home with lovely view of Jefferson Park across the street. Quiet street and convenient location. Owner was quick and helpful in responding to questions. Definitely worth a return visit!

We absolutely loved this townhome. It was perfect for our family and the location can not be beat! We lucked out and we’re there for the latest snowstorm and the park in front of the home was a sledding paradise for our kids! Justin was awesome to work with! The home was super clean, furnishings were beautiful and the beds were super comfy! Highly recommend.

Fantastic Denver Accommodation

The condo is clean, comfortable and fully outfitted with everything necessary to make your stay in Denver complete. Justin is quick to respond to phone calls and texts and emails so that you never have to wonder how to live successfully in his vacation rental. The neighborhood is friendly and interesting. We would gladly stay there again if we have the oppportunity.

Perfect condo!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. The location was convenient to everything- restaurants, the grocery store, the interstate for day trips, and the lovely park across the street. All amenities are top notch, and the rooftop hot tub, grill, and sun chairs made for fun days and nights for our family. It truly felt like home for the week.
