`Sanctuary in the City` is a comfortable home located in one of the most desirable areas of Denver. You`ll feel tucked away in this safe, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to downtown Denver. But, you may decide not to leave Glendale since it has a vibrant shopping scene, small contemporary art galleries, and cool cocktail lounges. The Cherry Creek Trail, which is minutes from his home, is a 42-mile long paved pathway where you can bike ride, run, and walk.
The main floor offers an open concept, with the dining and living room adjacent to each other and right next to the kitchen, this layout is perfect for hosting meals with family and friends. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked making meal prep easy. After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie or sporting event on the TV. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor.
The basement is finished and offers additional space for relaxing and spreading out. There is a large bedroom and a beautiful full bathroom in the basement as well. This home`s floor plan is perfect for families or a small group of friends / colleagues.

The private, backyard with privacy fence and covered patio offers an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, enjoying mealtime outside, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring. **HOUSE RULES:**
Maximum occupancy: 6 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided).
Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
No smoking in the home.
No parties or events without prior written approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We follow a strict cancellation policy on all websites.
If you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded except for a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Travel Insurance is recommended in the winter.
