Very clean and easy to access. There were lots of local dining options, and it was easy to walk or scooter to downtown Denver in minutes

No Elevator and room was on third floor not very convenient when you have 2-50lb suitcases. I received no email for check in instructions so we ended up sitting outside in the cold for an hour after we had just gotten into Denver while on the phone trying to get access and having to fill out a registration form which I'm itself is crap! If I rent a room give me the key and let me go to it, I don't want to spend time filling out registration forms!

Perfect sized condo for a couple or single traveller. Nice rooftop patio. Fully stocked kitchen with full fridge and freezer. In suite laundry was a bonus. Great, safe, area within walking distance of coffee shop and several restaurants.

I love the neighborhood and appreciate it's central location when I needed to go elsewhere. Only complaint (more of a critique, actually), I would have appreciated a softer chair; whether is was softer dinette chairs on one additional upholstered side chair. When I was working only options sitting on the bed (not an option) or sitting at the table with the harder chairs. Not a deal breaker. Just a suggestion.

Nice area, property itself was good but we arrived to stains on the bedding, power outlets in the kitchen not working and there was a constant loud hum in the complex, likely the heating or something because it was below zero but it woke us up every night so not very comfortable. Would stay at Sønder again just not this particular property.

Too bright at night
Main concern was how bright it was in the room in the middle of the night. I think I could have laid in bed and read a book. Maybe invest in some better window coverings.

Great place to stay
Great property and we'll be back. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite the comments of other reviewers. We loved exploring this neighborhood and found all we wanted within walking distance.

Noise and Exhaust fumes!!
I paid for a premier suite of 445 sq. ft....It was only 325 sq.ft....Room as at the front of the property with a garage door for an opening that was less than 10 feet away from the traffic on a very busy street..the room was constantly filled with exhaust and overwhelming noise..I understand better how the homeless live while camped under a freeway overpass!! I called to complain about this issue but they couldn't do much...I was offered a $100 credit for my troubles...my wife has asthma and ended up being in distress because of the situation!!

We absolutely loved our stay Sonder Zuni in Denver. It was in a cool neighborhood and the room was incredible! Clean, comfortable, easy to access. We especially loved the rooftop lounge area!!!

First off, it is not at all quiet at this property, especially if your suite is out near the main road, which my place was, and it was quite loud My issue was not the place per se, which was quite nice, but more my inability to access the place. The outside door code I was given never worked, so I was reliant on calling Sonder and being left on hold for many minutes before reaching anyone, or being lucky enough that there was another Sonder occupant coming or going, who would let me into the building. In fact, the only way I was able to access the building my first three times was because someone let me in. In the 3rd instance, during my three-day stay, one of the occupants, a couple, were kind enough to give me their outside door access code, so I was set for the remaining times I was coming and going, but I have to say, I was not at all happy in the freezing cold on a late Wednesday night standing outside for nearly an hour, unable to access anyone from Sonder, only to finally have one of the occupants come around an let me in. This was completely unacceptable, and I expect to receive a fairly significant refund for this inconvenience. Finally, the other issue is that my Roku television remote did not work for my first full day of my occupancy, and it was switched out and replaced by someone on the 2nd day. Again, a major inconvenience not to have television access during my first day when I was hoping and expecting to be able to watch the NCAA basketball tourney games.

A great place to stay, very convenient to downtown and surrounding areas. Only problem was the key pad to get in, didn’t work. I called them and they were right on it but still had problems. Wasn’t the only guest who had a problem with it. The place is clean and very safe. Nice neighborhood lots of great restaurants in the area.

The location was great -- near everything in Highlands, plus easy street parking nearby. The apartment itself was very nice, and having a washer/dryer in unit was a plus. My only issues were that the bed was a little rickety (every time one of us got in it, it sounded like it was going to fall apart) and that the air conditioning was somehow making the whole apartment humid, even slightly damp.

I LOVED this space. Designed with everything in mind- from full-length mirrors, great lighting, full kitchen, and a comfy bed to end a night of city exploring. My studio space was perfect for 2, it's close to so many restaurants and in such a hip place in Denver. The rooftop communal space was perfect for family and friends. I have family coming in town and they all want to stay at the Zuni property! I am an employee of Sonder and would book this for myself again as well as recommend this to friends who want to come in town to explore.

Full disclosure: I am a Sonder employee. Booked this night as a "staycation" and was thrilled with the experience. Arrived at 9pm and street parking was still available just two blocks from the property entrance. Sonder texted me the codes needed to enter the property and room, both worked on first try. Entered the room and was greeted with local beers and local chocolates, along with a large glass container of water. Room was super clean and well designed. Studio space that didn't feel cramped at all. Being greeted with local treats was my favorite part, but the ease of entry and checking out being totally stress-free really seals the deal. Highly recommend staying here!
